“Not worth the money and quite difficult customer service. Had to cancel subsctiption after first week due to poor quality flowers that custmer service were unwilling to take responsibility for.”

“New customer. I got a half price offer on my first 2 bunches. Set up my account last night to find that they have taken an unauthorised amount of money from my account! ( I had already asked if you have to commit to a certain amount of orders and was told that I can choose how much and how often, this doesn't appear to be the case since they have taken £50 from my account already for a £12.50 bunch of flowers)”

“I am fed up with not receiving my flowers and having to chase it up. The customer service is appalling. I didn’t receive my flowers on Monday and called to check. Spoke to someone who was going to get someone to call me back.... nothing and it’s now Wednesday afternoon. I sent an email on Tuesday asking for an update.... nothing !!! Not the first time this has happened. I’ve now tried contacting Freddies flowers via phone, email, live chat and Facebook. Will now close my account and look for a supplier that is reliable.”

“WOW .. what a superb surprise to have these 5 Amaryllis delivered to my home. Beautifully presented in a long box with the ‘care for your Amaryllis’ printed in black on the inside of the box lid. A great help, it saved me going to Google! I was also impressed with the literature enclosed about the Amaryllis, ‘A - Mary(llis) - Christmas to you all xx From a delighted customer on her 68th birthday .. 21.12.52”

“Kept forgetting items from the flower arrangement and wouldn't send out to complete the order after I told them. Received dead flowers at one time and had to chase for weeks to get a refund”

“Terrible service, I received flowers a gift from a friend. These flowers were poisonous for my pet, I know have a 1000 pounds to pay to the vet, and my cat may not survive this. It's not stated what flowers are in the box, nor that they are poisonous. Customer service's main interest was waive away their responsibility. Seriously disappointing!”

“Wow, wow. Wow, received flowers from my daughter I have had flower boxes before but Freddie’s are solid beautifully fresh and the best I have had. Easy to assemble.”

“Certainly the flowers made me happy but the failed delivery twice in as many weeks made me angry. Do any other florists make deliveries so late in the day that the flowers actually arrive at night ? A different excuse each time and a free offer - but what I really want is a flower delivery service that I can count on.”

“Don't be fooled by a free bunch ,once they have your bank details they will continue to take money after you cancel. Then are rude and and try to argue it when you try and sort it out. They don't respond to emails either.”

“My flowers were brown and shriveled when they arrived - they had been sent to me for a landmark occasion. I had to lie to the person that sent them as she would have been upset if I had told her how bad her gift was. Very poor show I'm sorry to say. If I were to send flowers I would probably just go with M&S”

“STUNNING flowers, beautiful quality! Freddies attention to detail is thorough & very impressive. From pictures/names of the actual flowers in the box, all the way to how to arrange them. I actually had a small issue but it was dealt with swiftly & professionally! I would not hesitate to recommend FFs and will certainly use them myself in the future!”

“Love the flowers but the delivery is woeful..this is the forth time nothing has turned up or they have been delivered to another house. I've had to call each time to get it sorted which they have but to continually make the same delivery mistakes is beyond a joke. Such a shame as i've been really happy with the flowers but cant continue to use them if they cant even deliver the goods.”

“In terms of the flowers, these are 5 stars - absolutely beautiful every week, I’ve never had nicer flowers in my home. But I just can’t get them to deliver properly - every week they leave them outside my building on the street and don’t buzz my buzzer. I’ve written to them multiple times and even cancelled my deliveries before because I had some stolen. I’d recommend this flower delivery 100% but only if you have a safe space for deliveries.”

“Its a trap! do not sign up and do not put in your bank details! they will charge you without any notifications, they will deliver to your door without you wanting the service, do not be fooled with the kind gesture of getting a free bunch for free, its a trap and they will not warn you like other amazing services that exists like Amazon or any other normal service that provide you with regular updates on something being delivered to your door as expected because its a service that you pay out of choice. Not the mention that a few of the flowers were in a very poor state, almost dead and not fresh at all. Not happy at all with the service and no fair outcome even when you speak to the customer service. Not only do they pass on the phone to each other (very unprofessional) but they are not helpful or interested in keeping customers or new customers happy. No sympathy towards customers even if you are struggling with payments due to covid and will do anything to keep keep the stolen money that was made through their scam system!”
