I have been very happy with Freddie’s Flowers since the first lockdown and the very few little niggles I’ve had have been courteously and efficiently resolved until 2, weeks ago when my flowers were disappointing. Two of the three Chrysanthemums were damaged and dropping. The flowers are not cheap and so I contacted Freddie’s by phone and was told to send an email and attach photos, which I did. I heard nothing and so rang 2 days ago and was told by Shola to resend as they had not received anything. I checked my emails and they definitely sent. I sent the photos again, but still no response. In view of the higher delivery price, too I think that I shall have to reconsider my allegiance to Freddie’s. Such a shame! Rosemary Faulkner

Got given a code for their “free” flowers and signed up before I read the reviews below. Like everyone else I hunted through their website to look for a cancel my subscription button to no avail. However I did email and got a reply a few days later saying that my subscription is now cancelled so hopefully that’s it! If you’re having trouble getting unsubscribed then go into the calendar tab in your account and you can cancel your deliveries for a few weeks at a time so you don’t get charged. When my flowers arrived I was pretty disappointed, tulips were really wilted and quite a few buds had been snapped off other flowers plus not that much inside the massive box they sent. To be fair the flowers have picked up now they’re in water and are looking pretty good 6 days after arriving. I would say that a £10 (maybe £15 at a push) bunch from the super market would be about the equivalent of what you actually get plus some leaflets. Overall I would say it’s not worth the money unless you really want flowers and really don’t want to leave the house.

great customer team and beautiful flower arrangements. I can see this is a lovely thing for customers. However. Infelxible delivery is a problem. If you are not at home and don't have a safe place to leave the box you have to unsubscribe. I live in a building of flats mostly unoccupied during the day and could not guarantee anyone would open the door for the courier. Nor did I have a safe communal outside place for the courier to leave the flowers. So in the end delivery became more stressful than buying flowers from a florist, even thoughFreddie's Flowers are some of the most gorgeous arrangements Ive seen. And the one - and now only - bunch I ordered form them made me happy all week. Great work where it really matters.

Good delivery service. Well planned. Would like more colour in the arrangements but otherwise good value.
