“I ordered Christmas cards for this year and rightly or wrongly expected a by fold 'normal run of the mill' card. But I received a 'post card', how do you stad them up ? . And after arguing the toss, I am now going to cancel my subscription. So if you order Christmas cards bear in mind their post cards !!”
“So this was strike 3 for me! Photo tiles coming loose on corners, I just glued them back but wtf? Photo books printing a page with a double exposure that wasn’t double exposed on my photos when a chose both prints to be on different pages, and enlarged prints not being the correct size. I’m done with them. They tried to say it was my fault!”

“I've never had any issues out of freeprints until my most recent order. I originally ordered 2 different 16X20 photos to put in our living room of us with our children. I received my package today and it was only one of those photos printed twice! I emailed them and these idiots really tried saying it was my fault when it was their mess up for not looking at the damn order!! Do not waste your money on this company they are a joke! “Not sure I’m one of the lucky ones as I did get my photos. They are dreadful. Same photo in different sizes, either legs or people missing. Sent email and copy of photos to them but got no reply.

Honestly not sure why people are complaining , because if it happened to one it should be happening to all. Love Free Photos, free Books and free gifts never a problem for me♥️”
