“I ordered my FreePrints October the 8th was told I would get them by 8th November and I still haven’t received them tried to get in touch but still not got them and they are not emailing me back”
“I’ve been a customer for years and will not be ordering from them again. Some photos get cropped, some were missing, but most of all, their Customer Service. You’re talking to a computer, who responds with the same response after each concern. It’s always pretty much We’ll look into the matter and get back to you“ 😏 After 4 times and still waiting.”
“If you want mediocre quality photos for a cheap price then this Freeprint (and their various apps) could he a good solution. The photos I received were either slightly zoomed in or cropped. The colors are also not to my liking, and quite a bit darker than what the actual photos are supposed to look like. So all in all, I will not use their service ever again. I had printed photos from a camera and smartphone and they all came out below my standards.
But if you want to have a cheap solution to just some family photos this could be fine. Just make the photos slightly brighter and know that the edges will be cropped. Or just pay a bit more and actually be happy with your photos.
Delivery was fast. Almost want to give them 3 stars, but 2 is more justified.”
“Your company is a disgrace I wanted to surprise my brother with a personalised birthday card it did not show up in my orders but took my money so I reordered another card paid again but did not show up again but paid I now have found out you have sent the cards to my brother even though I have said deliver to me as I wanted to enclose something his birthday is not until the 23rd of Oct I have demanded my money back but you have ignored me not the decency to e mail me back do not use this company TERRIBLE !!!!!”
“I ordered Christmas cards for this year and rightly or wrongly expected a by fold 'normal run of the mill' card. But I received a 'post card', how do you stad them up ? . And after arguing the toss, I am now going to cancel my subscription. So if you order Christmas cards bear in mind their post cards !!”
“So this was strike 3 for me! Photo tiles coming loose on corners, I just glued them back but wtf? Photo books printing a page with a double exposure that wasn’t double exposed on my photos when a chose both prints to be on different pages, and enlarged prints not being the correct size. I’m done with them. They tried to say it was my fault!”
“My photos used to be a good colour quality but recently have found they are diluting the colours so that they look almost amemic and poor colour quality. Very disappointed.”
“Using free prints for the first time and my pictures did not arrive I had to wait until 2 weeks until I could say on the app they was not delivered , they have now sent out new ones. Let’s see if these arrive a month later after ordering!”
“Ordered my photos the 8th of August, it’s currently the 21st and they haven’t arrived. The app keeps telling me that they will arrive the 15th but they haven’t. Really bad customer service too.”
“I've never had any issues out of freeprints until my most recent order. I originally ordered 2 different 16X20 photos to put in our living room of us with our children. I received my package today and it was only one of those photos printed twice! I emailed them and these idiots really tried saying it was my fault when it was their mess up for not looking at the damn order!! Do not waste your money on this company they are a joke! Customer service is also no help.”
“Not sure I’m one of the lucky ones as I did get my photos. They are dreadful. Same photo in different sizes, either legs or people missing. Sent email and copy of photos to them but got no reply.

“The name is deceiving. They are not free. Also shipping time is ridiculous. After two weeks I am still waiting on my prints and just got a notification it will be 10 more days.”

“I have never had a problem with the complaints on here. My photos always arrived safe , not just a paper covering them, always on time and good quality.
Honestly not sure why people are complaining , because if it happened to one it should be happening to all. Love Free Photos, free Books and free gifts never a problem for me♥️”
