“I'm so disappointed and upset! I been trying to call you all day and no answer! What a joke! I need to change my address urgently or I will cancel my policy!!! Poor customer service. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anybody!”

“Dont answer emails. slow on response to phone calls. Dont waste your time with them. they charge you even in the 14 days of having the policy if you leave. pay a little more with somewhere else. terrible!”

“Avoid this company. Went with them for van insurance. The day the insurance was due to start I got an email saying they had cancelled the insurance! They claim to have asked for documents via an email I never received. I offered to send the documents there and then to be told that the old policy was cancelled and they would have to offer a new quote. They then told me I would have to pay a cancellation charge. In my opinion this company should be avoided.”

“Awful, bad communication, the boxes they send out don’t work and then they cancel your insurance without you knowing. I cried my eyes out on the phone to them and they did nothing. Caused me so much stress, anxiety and not to mention ALOT of money. Avoid at all cost!!”

“Hi I was checking online through quote zone for a van insurance and the freedom brokers was the cheaper option comparing to tye others ,so i had to click for a monthly option and the reason it was becauae i always for the last 10 years i pay monthly my car insurance ,and none have left a hard credit search on my credit references agencies ..equifax ..so these idiots without too much info they did that..so AVOID ,AVOID ,useless brookers”

“Buyer Beware.... Buyer Beware.... Check the comments on here and Goggle as im reporting this company to the Financial Ombudsman... They give you a low quote then when you get your paper work its wrong..They then want more monies to fix there errors ... I sadly didnt read the reviews if i did i wouldnt of gone with them....”

“Horrendous from start to finish. Customer service was appalling, deliberately withholding information to obtain money. Check their google reviews for an accurate representation of how they operate. If I could have given 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs.”

“Do not insure with this company !!!!!!!!! I called up to change my address as I was moving from uk mainland to northern ireland... They then told me they couldn't insure me because the postcode area was too "high risk" so I would have to find car insurance elsewbwre... What a nightmare, but I got on with it. Found another company with no dramas.... A week or so later I get an email informing me I had to pay THEM charges , £103!!! But they did wave the £75 cancellation fee ( how generous...).... I called them and said i wasn't paying it , they insisted it was stated in the terms of conditions... Blah blah blah. I still detested paying them , it wasn't my fault they couldn't insure me. Anyway one morning I woke up checked my bank and they just took the money out my bank. Absolute shocking company , they just lie to you and tell you false promises. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME OF DAY!!!!!”

“I recently cancelled my car insurance policy with this guys within the 14 day cooling off period. Policy cost £506.29. Cancellation Fee: £45.00 Insurance charge - 9 days: £10.77 New Business/Adjustment Fee: £52.50. Total Charge: £108.77. WTF The term having your pants pulled down instantly springs to mind... How I wished I read the other reviews about this 2 bob company. Please pay a little extra and get insurance elsewhere, as these guys don't deserve your business...”

“You only time you get to know how good your insurance is, is when you have to make a claim. For 2 weeks now my girlfriend and children have had to drive a car around with airbag lights on and a bumper hanging off her car, they make false promises to call you back and never do, more lies that they will pick up the damaged car so we wait in and nothing, promises to bring a replacement car and nothing arrives. So if you want really bad insurance then you are in the right place.”

“Really wish I'd checked out these reviews before I got a policy payed well over £700 for my policy on my transit tipper,finished my project and got rid of the tipper after 8 months I got a repayment of £24 Thieves as far as I'm concerned won't be going there again”

“My cars automatic insurence renewel will be on 6th june and rang them on 26th May and informed I got other company quote and i dont want renew after 6th june ..,but they cancelled my insurence from the day i called (26th May ).I didnt realised for two days and 29th when I checked the email only I seen their cancellation message ,its rediculous .”

“Absolutely shocking company, wouldn't admit their mistakes, they cancelled my insurance without telling me so I was driving around for a week uninsured, no apology and a massive bill as well. They did eventually take part of the cancellation fee off after months of arguing with them, time I won't get back. BE aware before signing up with them.”
