“a convenient service but the last order took 2 weeks to arrive after i had to reorder as the first set never showed. questionable quality too. the colours and images aren't sharp at all. never have been. looking for a more reputable company”

“I have used this app on and off for years, but it has become harder and harder to order what I want. The app is very badly designed and if you click once on something that isn't in their programme, it deletes everything. It is absolutely frustrating and time wasting. Today, I ordered 18 photos and added double quantities at the end as well as two framed photos - so an expensive order. After adding the additions to the order, there was no way to continue to payment! I therefore lost the entire order after already having lost it this morning!! And do not tell me I do not know what I am doing, as I am very comfortable and used to using apps and computers. It is just a very badly designed app and if they could have improved it - as the ideas is good - they would have made at least double the income they are making from this. I therefore do NOT recommend Freeprints”

“Shame there picture quality is bad Your photos come out dark and dull ! I’ve used them for a year now and the quality gets worse each order .. disappointing so won’t be useing again”

“I requested 24 prints, all very good, bright, sharp scenic photos from my holiday in New Zealand, thinking I would choose one or two for a canvas wall print. The photos I received are dull and dowdy looking. Portrait and baby photos that I received last year were better, but I won't even waste postage on scenic photos in future, if the same light levels can't be copied onto the prints.”
