“The lanterns arrived looking exactly the way they looked on the website, and really classed up the outdoor courtyard space. The flame is beautiful and the quality is very high. This will be the destination for all future lantern purchases!”

“I found the product to be of good quality, but the finish was substandard. I purchased for the antigue copper. The lanterns antique copper is stripey with definate green lines, streaks. I therefore wanted to return, but found the return policy of 25% restocking fee to be excessive for a product I was unable to view in person before purchase. Over 300$ to place already boxed product back into inventory is excessive. Therefore, I will be keeping product until I find something I like to replace it.”

“Jeff was awesome!!! Our lanterns came with the glass shattered (not his fault-I think the delivery guy slammed them down on the porch). Anyway, Jeff sent replacements before I ever got the broken ones to the UPS store. The new ones look great! He even threw in two new light blubs. Michael in Charlotte”

“My lanterns were too small & looked odd bc of this. However, due the cost to send back I just chose to keep them. Customer service call center is great. Reason for the star review is “company policy” to return. These items are expensive & it’s too much to charge to return.”
