“The soaps smell and feel delicious. The service and customer care is second to none. Orders always arrive quickly and well packaged.I feel a sparkle of delight when the package arrives. I hàve given your soaps to many friends and family everyone always wants more. Luxury to use your products all the flavours, fragrances and quality of a thick lather makes you want to use them straight away. Nothing better than relaxing in the bath using your soaps”

“I have been using the Marseille oval soap for many years now after discovering them during a trip to France. In the early days I bought them from a visiting French Market which used to turn up in our home town annually. When the market stopped coming I was lost without my soaps as I have a sensitive skin and hate having to try out new products which might upset it. I am delighted that I have discovered Ken & Sophies website as I now have a reliable supplier with great customer service. The soaps have lovely natural perfumes and last for ages so although they seem a bit expensive, work out good value in the end. Lots of great skincare tips on the website too.”

“The soap is very fine, and I enjoy using it. In past years I liked to give it as gifts — especially the lavender. I was very disappointed last year when you did not make the lavender in the smaller size. Three bars of the smaller size was a nice gift; the larger size may be very sensible, but it is not so charming. Best wishes to you. Please let me know if you again begin to make the lavender in the old size. Betty Vickers”

“My sample pack arrived today. I was really impressed. The soaps are clearly good quality, smell delicious and look stunning. The packaging was also impressive and each soap had been carefully labelled so you know what to order in the future. The larger soaps were packaged in a pretty cellophane surround which was decorative and added a touch of class and difference. I was particularly pleased to see that alll the soaps were in excellent condition which isn't always the case when you request a sample pack. This suggested that the company took care of their products and had an excellent customer service practice code. I liked the quirky touches of a little thank you sticker and a personal handwritten note from Sophie. I have already recommended the product to my friends in craft and gift sales.”
