“Although the product is excellent, and I have tried several of theirs, The shipping and/or product availability is not disclosed up front. My last order had multiple delays do to the sourcing farmer not having enough employees to pick the product. This resulted in a cancellation of the shipping of the order, and then another delay after that. No communication came to me regarding these delays - I only found out by reaching out to the company - Customer service should be a bigger priority, and the customer should be notified immediately of any delay in shipping the product. Just makes common sense.”

“I ordered 4 jars for a family gathering. They all loved them! I tried to order a different product but the shipping charge was as much as the product. I was offered a 15% discount which came to $1.30 something, not much help. I'll only order again if I order several products at a time.”

“Purchased 25 lbs of fresh Big Jim and 25 lbs of fresh Joe Parker. Chile arrived on time and the peppers were fresh and in great shape. Joe Parker ended up being a mild spiciness level, rather than medium, which was a little disappointing, but the flavor was excellent. Next year I'll probably go half Sandia, half Joe Parker to get some more heat.”

“The chile and salsas are amazing! So good that my first bottle of chile was empty in THREE DAYS! So I ordered three more jars. Oh no, there were only two in the box! One call and my missing jar was replaced the following day and I received a discount code good on my next order. That is customer service! I am a customer for life! Cody in El Paso”

“I ordered 5 lbs each of mild and medium fresh green chiles. I ordered them a LONG time ago...like early in the spring. I called to check on the eta in August and the lady had all of my information and provided very good information to me. When the peppers arrived, they were perfect! I am so pleased and will order from this company in the years to come.”
