“I purchased 4 jars of La Posta de Mesilla salsa. It was GREAT. I got the medium and it was perfect. I can't wait to get 4 more. Delivery was just a matter of a couple days. Everything was perfect.”

“It's my second time ordering from you. My favorite is your Pure Green Hot, it complements any dishes with cheese involved like the quesadillas that I make with chicken and monterey jack cheese. I also add it on pieces of chicken for chicken tacos. I also use it for pork chile verde. Your Fresh Red Hot, I use it to make a crockpot version of barbacoa, comes out delicious. I also use it to make huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. It also goes perfect with ground turkey, for tacos. I also add it to my pescado sarandiado. The Abuelas Sauce, I use it for pozole, menudo, red enchiladas and chile con carne. There is just so many dishes to make from the great sauces from The Fresh Chile Co. I'll be ordering some of your new BBQ sauce on my next order. Can't wait to try it out! Every dish that I have made when I have used your sauces, comes out delicious!”

“Love their products...can't find anything like them elsewhere. Lived in Albuquerque many years ago and fell in love with their food. Until recently, finding The Fresh Chili company, it was just a fond memory....but now I am able to add chili's to my food and enjoy the best taste that I remember. Thank you. The company itself is great to deal with. My orders are packaged well, taste great and are delivered in a very timely manner. 5 STARS from me.”

“I get a recurring order of salsa. Probably the best I've ever had. I routinely get Papa's and Mama's mild and medium. When I saw the post about Barbecue Sauce I trusted it because everything thus far has been great. The Barbecue Sauce is even better than I anticipated. Incredibly thick and tasty. Bonds to the meat very well and has perfect balance of sweet, tang and spice.”
