“I am happy to take the opportunity to say that I love TFCC and frequently order fresh Hatch chili sauces and seasonings for about a year and half now. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the best chili sauce on the planet. I give the ordering process and product 5 stars!”

“Having grown up in New Mexico in the 70's and 80's, I grew accustomed to high quality green chile, from Hatch. I moved to California in the 90's and for several years, could never find any other than canned, horrible stuff. With the internet, I've had chile's sent from many companies. What I really like about The Fresh Chile Company is that they are quality - top to bottom. Everything is as expected. If you order extra hot fresh chile's - they're going to be super hot. The hot is hot enough for me, but I still go for both. Beyond that, their jarred products are awesome and excellent to have in the pantry. I highly recommend this company for a one-stop shop for your green chile fix.”

“The chilies are great but I bought 5 lbs thinking could make chili rellenos out of that batch. I was able to make 10 rellenos the rest of the chilies were to thin or to small. I can use the rest for salsas and sauces.”

“Had a small hickup with a fresh chilli order that got missed for 2 months, but was taken care of after a call(things happen with a family owned business, I have zero issues with that). It will not deteriorate my opinion of them. All other orders I have placed was perfect. Fantastic products! FCC is awesome!”
