“The chilies are great but I bought 5 lbs thinking could make chili rellenos out of that batch. I was able to make 10 rellenos the rest of the chilies were to thin or to small. I can use the rest for salsas and sauces.”

“Had a small hickup with a fresh chilli order that got missed for 2 months, but was taken care of after a call(things happen with a family owned business, I have zero issues with that). It will not deteriorate my opinion of them. All other orders I have placed was perfect. Fantastic products! FCC is awesome!”

“Took two months to get my order and only after numerous messages requesting status on my part. Even after giving TFCC my correct address, which they claim I originally gave an incorrect one,(I dispute that) they still used an incorrect address and eventually I had to go to FedEx to get the chilies. I will never use them again”

“FCC is an amazing company, with a great customer service department and the best products you could ever want. They stand behind their products 100% and even replace any product that was broken, through no fault of theirs, by the shipping company. I personally have not had any broken items due to the way they package for shipping. Their customer service dept. monitors social media and always answers any questions we may post. I don’t know of another company that does that. I will continue to buy from FCC for many years to come, God willing.”
