“So far, the jars of chile I ordered are excellent. I probably should have ordered Mild because the Medium is definitely spicy for me. I also ordered red and green chile powder, and posole seasoning. All excellent.”

“I'm into flavor but don't like heat. Fresh Chili Sauce MILD has so much flavor and is thick the way I like it. So glad I tried this product. P.S. The Green Chile Pecans are AMAZING!”

Hi Thomas! Our red chile sauces don't contain any tomatoes--they have red chile, garlic, salt, and citric acid (the Abuela's also has onion powder). “All the sauces are amazing!! I am from Las Cruces, New Mexico near Hatch and now live in Indiana. I miss the Hatch chile and when I found The Fresh Chile Co after trying others, I absolutely love it!! Tastes like home!!!”

“If you enjoy the tastes of green chile and red chile on Mexican food--or any other kind of food--this is the place to shop. The absolute best!! I've read that some folks grumble about the $10 shipping fee. Well, in my opinion, it's worth the $ and it's cheaper than a road trip to New Mexico. Try the 3-pack, and if you don't like it, you'll have friends or relatives that will happily take them off your hands. The jars come safely tucked in bubble wrap fitted in a sturdy box (that I keep to hold odds and ends in the garage. LOL) You'll not find this quality in your local grocery store or wallyworld. Try it, you'll love this stuff. Our favorite? Green chile sauce. Hoping to get a box of fresh-picked chiles to roast on a charcoal grill. Lived in the Southwest for years, and one could buy them freshly roasted outside grocery stores and other places. Not so here in Oklahoma; however, we found one grocery store that was roasting them in Fort Smith and thought we'd hit the jackpot. Nah! Turned out they didn't know if they were hot, medium, mild, or what. A waste of money. We like 'em on the extra warm side, and medium and sometimes hot, from The Fresh Chile Co. suits our tastes. Thanks TFCC. We love you!”

“We were very impressed, one jar is just the right amount for two people. Tried green Chile and Abuela's both in medium the flavor is outstanding. Waiting for Friday to try Red Chile Sauce-Hot flat enchiladas with a egg on top”
