“There are 3 great/outstanding things about this company. 1. The product is amazing. I grew up in Phoenix and ate really good Mexican food 4 to 5 times a week. The Fresh Chile Company produces Chile products and Chile sauces like I grew up with in Arizona. This is the kind of stuff they serve in the best Mexican food restaurants in Phoenix. They are the best Chile products you can find. Period. 2. The attention to detail is reminiscent of what most American businesses were like in the 1950s and 1960s. Good, accurate, informative product descriptions and info. No hype, no hard sell; just truthful info and beautiful product photos. What you see is what you get. You can buy with confidence. 3. Great customer service with a personal touch is refreshing and welcome in an age of impersonal robots and algorithms. I spoke with Amy on the phone and have exchanged emails with Randy the owner and they are 100% focused on your satisfaction with your order. They care, and it really shows. The Fresh Chile Company wants you to be happy. In conclusion, a great product, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Honestly, what more could you ever want from a company?”

“Ive been happy with the service. Your classing of heat is a little lacking or hop skip. I order the extra hot and some are hot and some not so hot, doesnt seem consistent.Some times the frozen chile seems kinda like freezer burned. Pretty pricey, I can only afford when you have sales. I love being able to get green chile out here in Il. and mostly love your products. Looking forward to trying your freeze dry out.”

“I am a Hatch Chili freak, so I may be biased, but The Fresh Chili Company ships out a great product no matter what you order. From the seasonings, to the fresh chilies, to the prepared salsa, I have always been very happy with my purchases. I bought fresh chilies and roasted them and froze them in small batches to take in my lunch which, in the dead of winter, adds a wonderful fresh green taste. I also keep a supply on hand of the red, green, and roasted salsa. My new favorite (this month) though, is Papas Salsa. Keep up the good work!”

“I have so much enjoyed the products from the FCC. The video’s on FB and the recipes posted in the group are fantastic. I have always loved chili. I have visited NM twice and especially enjoyed the green chili festival in Albuquerque. There is so much love that goes into each bottle. There is a real sense of pride from Randy, I can tell it means so much to him to put out an exceptional product. This salsa is my guilty pleasure. I am using my Starbucks coffee money to buy salsa now😂. I am excited to try the BBQ sauce. Keep up the good work!”

“I have not had such flavorful and hot green chile since my mom would roast her own!!! It was a treat! Good green chile is hard to get in my area.
