“Ordered some red Chile pods. They came quickly and were great. I made carne adobada for the first time in my life and the family really likes it so I will be back for more and I want to give the BBQ sauce a try.”

“I am a Hatch Chili freak, so I may be biased, but The Fresh Chili Company ships out a great product no matter what you order. From the seasonings, to the fresh chilies, to the prepared salsa, I have always been very happy with my purchases. I bought fresh chilies and roasted them and froze them in small batches to take in my lunch which, in the dead of winter, adds a wonderful fresh green taste. I also keep a supply on hand of the red, green, and roasted salsa. My new favorite (this month) though, is Papas Salsa. Keep up the good work!”

“I have so much enjoyed the products from the FCC. The video’s on FB and the recipes posted in the group are fantastic. I have always loved chili. I have visited NM twice and especially enjoyed the green chili festival in Albuquerque. There is so much love that goes into each bottle. There is a real sense of pride from Randy, I can tell it means so much to him to put out an exceptional product. This salsa is my guilty pleasure. I am using my Starbucks coffee money to buy salsa now😂. I am excited to try the BBQ sauce. Keep up the good work!”

“I have not had such flavorful and hot green chile since my mom would roast her own!!! It was a treat! Good green chile is hard to get in my area. “I have finally found a family own business that grows excellent red and green Chile. They have made it easy for me to prepare my favorite dishes with there premium chiles sauces and fresh green chile , they do all the work and have had the privilege to call customer service. Very professional but with a sweet and family like conversation. I will be a life time customer. We don’t have Chile in Florida . Sincerely MTJardine”

“Just finished my jar of Papa’s Salsa. I wish it had less green chiles and more tomatoes and onions, but I liked it enough to finish the jar. Bought the medium, might try the mild next time. Also wish it had a little more liquid. That being said, it was awesome to use for our salsa chicken that we cook in our crockpot. Thanks for a great, fresh product! Looking forward to trying Mama’s Salsa next.”
