“Tried Abuela's traditional red. It's different. Almost earthen. Not what I was expecting. Not sweet at all. I tried it with some prefab spaghetti sauce, which was a moderately successful experiment. Next time I'll dribble it on egg and sausage.”

“This stuff is fantastic. You can smell how good it’s going to be as soon as you open the lid. I bought a medium red/green jar and I’m about to place a larger order to sample as many as I can. I recommended it to a friend of mine that loves hatch chilis. After his initial order he placed a very large order. The flavor is just terrific. I will be a customer for a very long time.”
