“I caught the sale and ordered 2 of the lumbre frozen chili. These had some heat and super flavorful and i loved them. Now that they are on track the order came pretty quickly. I really like the flat packaging and 1lb bags. I just take one out and use my cleaver to score or chop what i want to use and put the rest back in a zip lock and back in the freezer it goes. I live in Il, originally from Co and in Il they dont even know what green chili is, Not even in the mexican restaurants here so you can imagine how happy i am to finally be able to get some since i can no longer travel to get some yearly!”

“Two words...Chile Verde. Ok, I lied, I need more words. I'm so glad we found this company because their products are amazingly delicious. We made Chile Verde using their recipe along with their products and we loved it. It was so good in fact we bought more so we could make it again.”

“I placed 2 orders of the 6 packs as Christmas presents, one was sent to Seattle and one here in New Mexico. Our son was so excited because he misses New Mexico chile so much. I was notified when the product was sent out and when it would arrive. Great service and definitely recommend this company.”

“We took the Pozole Red Chili kit recipe with us on a camping trip over Christmas. It was Spectacular!! Easy to do on the Coleman stove while sitting on the beach. I recommended the kit to several of my friends. Thank you for making the holidays special!!”

“Made multiple orders to family in different states of different heat levels of fresh red. Orders were prepped for shipping the next day and all arrived in timely manner. Liked getting updates on status of order prep and delivery. Also liked video of how fresh red is prepared—similar to how our family does it, but ours is not on industrial scale! Only change I’d request is to allow for a message to be added so recipients know who is sending order as a gift. Thx FRC! —David in Tucson”

“I love all your products. I eat mamas and papas salsa on everything: chips, omelets, hot dogs, chilli beans, pizza, you name it! I love green hatch chillis in enchilladas and burritos...so good. Chilli sause in great on enchilladas, in spaghetti sauce, soup etc. So fresh, delicious and ships so fast I am addicted. Ive went through 20 jars in last 3 months. Time to restock lol. I highly recomnend these products, you wont be sorry. Please dont change a thing.”

“Great flavor!! Love it on everything... weve been putting it on chicken before going in the smoker... yum... the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is theres no heat to it .. imo... this flavor with some heat level choices would be epic”

“My first order was a 3 pack of the Hatch green Chile’s, medium. I love it! I put them on eggs, burgers barbecue, etc. it’s great on everything. I will certainly be ordering more. I followed up with a variety 6 pack as a gift for Christmas. Great service, great products from a great company”
