“This is my third order this year, and I only found your company in November, hahaha! I am very satisfied with these products, as I am a lifelong New Mexican, a retired NM high school teacher living in Northern Georgia for cancer treatment. I taught and coached football and track from Hagerman in the Southeast to Escalante in the far North to Pojoaque in Santa Fe County, with stops in between in Roswell. I know NM chile, and have been to Hatch many times! I know my chile and I am very satisfied with the products I have received, and I will keep ordering. It's really nice to be able to have a little taste of home here in North Georgia! Customer service is A+, prices are good for my business, delivery is quick, and right to my door! Thank you for everything!”

“This order is my 2nd and I will be sharing it with my adult children over the Christmas Holidays. We haven't seen each other in person for over a year and I can't think of a better way to celebrate our family time than to include this surprise find with them at the dinner table. Spoiler alert I didn't think 1 case was enough so I ordered another case to add even more variety and to make sure they have plenty to keep for themselves. Thanks Fresh Chile Company for the excellent products that you offer up!!”

“I was shocked that the Red Chile Sauce I purchased tastes HOMEMADE. Without bragging too much, I am told I am a pretty good cook. I always buy dry chile pods and make my own Red Chile sauce. This sauce is so good I joined the Chile Club and purchased four jars! The Red Chile Sauce tastes so much like mine...One can taste the garlic, cumin, and salt, which is what I put in my sauce. I started thinking...why should I go through all the effort when I can just purchase The Fresh Chile Company's Red Chile Sauce...food for thought. VDC”

“The Hatch green chili roast is so fresh! When you open your first jar, the fragrance and flavor will tell you that you should have ordered more than one. The Mama's salsa and Papa's salsa are both some of the freshest, best tasting we've ever had. I use some almost every day! The Hatch Spice Blend adds tons of flavor (and a little heat) to eggs, veggies, meats, tacos, anything you want to add some spice to. I am a customer for life and will be trying more products from The Fresh Chili Company.”

“This was the most amazing green chili I've ever had! I made posole for the first time with the red chili sauce and it was a huge hit. Can't wait to try their salsas too. Fantastic products, and I will be back for more!”
