“I found this Company and their products on Facebook. I really enjoy the Owner's videos about the history of the company, harvesting, roasting and canning. Even the shipping when he grabs boxes at random and tells us where they are shipping to. However, all of the above means nothing, without the product to back it all up. Mexican food is my hands down favorite choice! These chilies and sauces are delicious, these compliment any meal. Plus a forum to share recipes creates a nice on-line-community. Please don't change. “Love this product. Have a ton of it in my cupboard right now. Yalls salsa is the best and I really love the red green blend. The only disappointment is I ordered a bunch because there was some sort of deal where if you buy 50.00 worth you’d get a free jar of some red sauce. Well I ordered 100.00 worth of product and didn’t get any free stuff. I brought this to the attention of a customer service representative and they gave me a coupon for 10.00 which is a nice gesture but barely covers the cost of shipping let alone two jars of whatever should have come with my order. Anyways, food product but a little disappointing in y’all’s effort to make it right. Regardless, when I run out I’ll buy more...just can’t trust the deals y’all offer”

“Returned from a deployment late in the season, super happy that fresh green was still available, med-hot (love hotter) only but the shipment was handled expertly (ordered Thursday evening shipped Monday morning arrived Wednesday morning), provided peppers where very good size, color was excellent, spice and flavor just right. Could not expect much better. Thank you!”

“Never thought I could enjoy the taste of New Mexico while living on the East Coast. I love hatch chilis. The red and green sauce, the salsa, the chili pecans, the chili powder. Excellent.”
