“Great product never any problems”

“My husband is from Albuquerque. We were supposed to go home to see his family for Christmas, but due to Covid, couldn’t go. He’d been waiting all year to do this and was pretty depressed. I knew he’d be missing out on all the home cooked meals from grandma, and she makes the best enchiladas. I decided to buy red chile pods and green chile jarred so that he could make “christmas” at home. HUGE success. He said it tasted just like grandma’s. Thank you guys for making a product my husband and I can tell is quality. It’s hard to get that here on the East Coast. There’s nothing like Hatch chile.”

“I’ve ordered several times from this company, and love the products. In my last order, however, one of the Reds was Hot, instead of X Hot as I’d ordered. I emailed my thanks for the order, but pointed out the mistake (as I thought they should know). They immediately sent me a jar of the X Hot. Unbelievable customer service. I’m now a bigger fan than ever!”

“My family bought Roasted & Frozen Hatch Green Chile - Xtra Hot and love this product. So, we bought ten lbs of the product. We live in Tampa now; lived in New Mexico; Albuquerque and Alamogordo for a total of over 35 years, so we miss our Chillies! The only issue we had was the stems in our bags of chillies. So, I would suggest, all the stems be cut off and removed prior to chopping the rest of the chillies. Other than that, no complaint from me or my family and we have already bought more. Absolutely love this product.”

“I caught the sale and ordered 2 of the lumbre frozen chili. These had some heat and super flavorful and i loved them. Now that they are on track the order came pretty quickly. I really like the flat packaging and 1lb bags. I just take one out and use my cleaver to score or chop what i want to use and put the rest back in a zip lock and back in the freezer it goes. I live in Il, originally from Co and in Il they dont even know what green chili is, Not even in the mexican restaurants here so you can imagine how happy i am to finally be able to get some since i can no longer travel to get some yearly!”

“I placed 2 orders of the 6 packs as Christmas presents, one was sent to Seattle and one here in New Mexico. Our son was so excited because he misses New Mexico chile so much. I was notified when the product was sent out and when it would arrive. Great service and definitely recommend this company.”

“We took the Pozole Red Chili kit recipe with us on a camping trip over Christmas. It was Spectacular!! Easy to do on the Coleman stove while sitting on the beach. I recommended the kit to several of my friends. Thank you for making the holidays special!!”
