“I ordered one of the variety packs, the Hatch spice blend, and Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce. I've loved every single jar I've had so far, as well as the spice blend! Try out the recipes that are on their website (that's what I did), they're great! I live in Wisconsin and all of my jars came packaged safe and secured throughout the delivery process. I constructed geologic field work near Las Cruces in Jan. of 2020 and fell in love with the cuisine & chiles out there. Thank you for providing a FRESH tasting and delicious product that I can enjoy all the way up in Wisconsin! Will be ordering more constantly!”

“We live in Colorado Springs we usually Put away 3 Bushels of Pueblo Chili away every year for as long has I can remember I’m 60 years old ! I Love the flavor of the Green and Red the best ! All the others are just as Good ! Super fast delivery with very neat packing ! AAA+++ all the way ! I’m going to start using the auto ordering every 2 months”

“No preservatives, fresh flavors from the garden to the jar! Even the chilie coated nuts are munchalicious! We love the seasoning blends too! Great for all pork dishes. The hatch chilie blend makes a great BBQ rub too. You can go wrong with the products you find here!”

“My first time ordering the Hatch products and I have to say everything that I ordered was better than I expected. So far my favorites are mama salsas, aduelas traditional and the green chili blend.
