“Fantastic customers service and great healthy grains for fermenting milk kefir I had a slight problem with the water Kefir and they immediately sent out some more but to my surprise the first batch started fermenting the following day ((sorry I was impatient). Would recommend to anyone and don’t look else where. Lovely to know they are organic too.”

“I bought the Greek yoghurt culture. When I made my first batch, I put quite a lot of cream in it, probably more than I should have. The result was a yoghurt so thick you can almost stand a spoon it it. Amazing. My way of achieving good consistency in yoghurt is to bring the milk very slowly up to just below boiling point and let it simmer there for a good long while until it becomes frothy like the top of a cappuccino.”

“Excellent service and advice. Bought the Cranberry and Elderflower spritzers with water kafir - taste-wise, beats any other way of taking kefir; worth every penny. They tell me it's possible to make it at home with a starter of water kefir seeds, so I might try that, although I have to say, there's a lot to be said for buying it ready to drink!”
