“Excellent product, we downloaded the instructions, followed them to the letter, 4 weeks later superb Kefir, we're even second fermenting with strawberries. We now have about 4 desert spoons of grains and have upgraded our jars to 1.5ltr ones. Highy recommended for customer service and quality of product.”

“I ordered a sour dough starter from Freshly Fermented. It arrived promptly and I made my first ever sour dough bread, a great success. I have followed their instructions to keep the starter going and a month later I am still making tasty bread. I would highly recommend using this sour dough starter.”

“As a total novice in making Kombucha, I ordered a scoby from Freshly Fermented to make my first starter batch. Came with brilliant instructions and advice. Would definitely recommend this company. “Bought Bulgarian yoghurt starter and creme fraiche starter and very happy with both . Have now made 3 batches of yoghurt which is very thick and creamy with a lovely tangy taste and 3 lots of Creme fraiche which have turned out perfectly every time. Have also shared with my sister and she is having the same great results. Thank you Freshly Fermented.”

“I have only just discovered freshly fermented after learning that supermarket yogurts, bio drinks etc (even plain, natural) do have a lot of sugar. Then you have the preservatives. With my newly purchased yogurt maker/strainer I have made four batches of greek yogurt and they are delicious. I am familiarising myself with your range and very interested in trying out many more recipes. Thank you so much. G from Meopham”

“My experience of Freshly Fermented is very positive. The first two products that I purchased were sourdough starter cultures and they were delivered quickly, well packaged and instructions were simply worded on the website. The third item I purchased was a yoghurt starter and that did not work out too well as the yoghurt split on the activation stage. I contacted Freshly Fermented just for advice and to see if I had missed a step! I phoned them at 1650, almost closing time and was told someone would get back in touch later in the week as the person I spoke to did not have any expertise in yoghurt. Within twenty minutes I received a call from Wesley and he was very helpful and informative. Sorted out my issue quickly. Bravo folks. 5 stars.”
