“I bought the Kefir grains and they arrived a week or so later and once I had the organic whole milk I started producing my Kefir. Even though its winter it didn't take too long for the grains to activate and have been enjoying home made kefir since. Feels so good not to be creating too much plastic waste and having a product that I know definitely hasn't got any added sugars, since I avoid carbs. PS: the instructions on the website are very detailed and glad they don't waste paper by including the full instructions with delivery”

“The products were good when they arrived, but it took over two weeks before I received a msg on my phone on a Thursday saying that they would arrive the following day with an overnight courier. Nothing arrived on the Friday so I contacted the couriers phone number which just rang out. I sent them an email after a few tries calling and eventually got a reply from someone saying as they only worked Monday to Friday my package wouldn't be delivered until the Monday.”

“Love, love, love! Having lots of fun culturing these yoghurts. Have tried, Viili, Greek, Russian, Polish and about to try the Beijing. Not sure brave enough to try the Viili long strain yet. Supplies have always arrived promptly and adequately packaged.”

“We are completely delighted with the customer service and support provided by freshly fermented. We recently purchased 10g of Kefir grains and have already enjoyed several pints of kefir. This is a whole new world for my husband and I but we are really enjoying making kefir and it is a simple procedure but takes a bit if care but works well if you use the instructions given and we found there is a wealth of support and information on the website.”

“I ordered sourdough starter and milk kefir grains which were promptly delivered and well packaged. Included was a leaflet with information of where to access the activation instructions. Activation was straightforward although as novices, our loaves aren't as fabulous as we'd hoped but the milk kefir is delicious and multiplying so fast that 3 friends are enjoying it too! These are quality products and I'm happy to recommend this company.”
