“I found the products very well packed they worked as per instructions. The instructions which are available to download or view via Web are clear and work. I purchased milk kifir grains which have done incredibly well so much so I have passed some to a friend. And a kombucha scoby ... Im still learning with this one but so far so good.”

“San Francisco starter arrived and fed it according to the online instructions. Used the baking recipe. Worked well but have looked at various other techniques. Baked some fantastic bread. I also tried a crumpet recipe for the leftover starter. Looked great but was so sour it was inedible ! I now skim the top of the starter before I use it for anything. No further problems.”

“The Sourdough starter I purchased from you is still going strong. It will soon be a year since it arrived.My wife and I love Sourdough bread and once one has mastered all the variations in different flours bread making is without doubt one of the most rewarding pastimes.
