“Good informative website, with lots of information on how to care for products and what to do with them, including recipes. The recipe for No-knead sourdough is excellent; I've tried it twice, it's easy for beginners, and the results have been consistently good. Although my order took over a week to arrive, it is made clear on the website that customers should expect delays due to the both high demand for products and the impacts of C-19, and I was kept well informed throughout on the progress of my order. The products I received are very good quality and I'm pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Freshly Fermented.”

“The yogurt maker and strainer is wonderful thanks! It makes wonderful Greek style yogurt. The delivery wasn't so good. I ordered 2 and asked for one to be sent to myself and one to be sent to my aunt however both were sent to my aunt. This meant she had to ask someone to post it on to me which was a great inconvenience. This was in the middle of lock down though and I realise that this added additional strain to businesses. I would give this company another chance.”

“As explained clearly on the site, my order took a couple of weeks to be processed, but arrived quickly in the post. It was well packaged with clear instructions. The kombucha SCOBY and starter tea smelt a bit iffy to me, a vague odour of cheesy feet, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway. It was a slow starter, I finally took the kombucha off after 15 days and it smells fine and tastes good! All set for batch 2 now.”

“WOWWW! After 20 days shipping they grew in goat milk in 24 hours really big... Just put them into goat milk again to see if they will work as fast as they grow!”

“My grains arrived safely as stated. A week of feeding and the original teaspoon full has doubled with kefir production going well. Admitedly the shop bought kefir is a gentler possibly more palateable flavour, but the kefir I make is healthier and means three less plastic bottles in my waste every week.”
