“I started my experience with Kombucha a few months ago and with much trepidation. Despite the excellent instructions provided by Freshly Fermented I was worried about keeping the correct temperature and convinced I had killed my Kombucha! I contacted Freshly Fermented for advice. Derek called me back promptly. He was very patient, allayed my fears so I am now back on track and enjoying my Kombucha. Would definitely recommend this company Mrs D Herriott”

“I ordered my starters and they arrived 5 days later, which is acceptable. They were a little expensive, but have "proved" to be very tasty and have added a new dimension and flavour to my sourdough baking.”

“I dont know how many stars to give because the post came on time and the packaging was good but the kefir grains did not ferment so I ended up throwing them. I dont know the reason why though. I wish that a letter with the instructions how to ferment kefir came with the pack as it would’ve helped me a lot .”

“I ordered Viili short grain and it arrived in perfect condition. I followed the instructions, which were easy to understand. I now have a constant supply of yoghurt which I have on my granola every morning. It saves me a lot of money and I am saving the planet by not buying yoghurt in plastic pots!”

“I ordered a water kefir kit, then when the courier delayed delivery (my block of flats is new) I ordered a second packet of water kefir crystals which was quickly dispatched. Great products”

“I bought the large starter kit from Freshly fermented as I thought it would be an amazing way to start making my own kefir... They tell you in the instructions that the grains will take time to activate... Mine took 24 hours LOL! They also said that the Kefir may not be nice for a bit... IT WAS NICE BY SECOND BATCH! Seriously the freshest grains I could think of to be honest, very good product. Top quality hardware also, everything I need, just take the rubber off of the glass container and it will ferment OVER NIGHT! Amazing company with a BRILLIANT website. 5/5 will not purchase again because I don't need to, this sets you up for life!”

“After living in Sweden for a number of years I developed a taste for filmjölk, unable to find a local supply I stumbled across freshly fermented whos starter culture gave me the ability to produce great tasting filmjölk at home within a few days; hopefully I can keep it healthy for many years to come... thanks!”

“Kefir grains arrived promptly and online instructions were very clear. As promised it took a few days to get going but now after a week I'm producing lovely yogurty kefir. The grains are growing too and i'm looking forward to sharing with friends. I wish I'd known about this years ago - it's so easy!”
