“My daughter spent a considerable some of her hard earned money to send me flowers for Mother’s Day. What I received was brown and wilted and broken. She has filed a complaint and we have not heard anything yet. What a horrible way a company would represent themselves.”
“Ordered for same day delivery, nothing showed up and I had to reach out to FYF just for them to reply that they could not find a florist to deliver that day.
I asked that they be delivered the following day. FYF refunded my same day fee with no questions. I waited at home all day, no flowers, no call, no doorbell ring, nothing. I reached out again and FYF said they would need to get a non-delivery confirmation.
I asked immediately for a refund. I do not recommend. They are kind via email but seems that they don't really care because I had to initiate all conversations.”

“With the sterling silver necklace and she just loved it it arrived yesterday on time through UPS they took a picture and it arrived the flower the Box the necklace always intact and it was just the time that she needed at the most after my dad passed away in September because he always got her something and we did two of course but I want to say thank you for your company and I got my discount and I ended up with a $12 more toward my next order I will be shopping with From You Flowers great job my mom likes the box so much with the little drawer that the necklace came in and it was she was just so amazed and she said the flower was intact with a glass globe around it to protect it and she was so happy Thank You From You Flowers my first time order and I highly recommend your company you were on point with emails and so was UPS thank you for being in business I definitely will use your services and UPS again”

“Ordered two orders from them. One was completely wrong. Ordered the yellow package and my daughter got purple!!!! The other was for my elderly Mother and I ordered it for a day that would be less busy for Fromyouflowers and my Mother never received her order on that day. As of this review, she has still not received her flowers. You call customer service and it is a joke to get the matter solved. All the representative kept saying was “I am sorry”.”
“I ordered flowers first of the week for two different superheroes of the real world, Moms! Thought with me ordering first of the week it would be plenty time. Come to find out they were shipped from the east coast from their wholesale supplier through UPS. Had I known they were not local florist flowers I would have NEVER ordered. Thought well it should be ok hopefully as long as they get there. Delivery was chosen for the flex dates to ensure delivery. Friday or Saturday. Wanted them there before regardless. Well the first order was going to Arizona and shipped from CT. I was instantly worried. Long trip for flowers in a box that are supposed to be beautiful and show appreciation for how great she is as a mother. They made it to Dallas and after two days I get an update that delivery is delayed until Monday. Unacceptable. Contact customer service and basically told I’m just stuck with the outcome. I was offered a 30% refund which was only $12 from their math. I still had to pay the $15 service fee. So from a $75 or so order I was refunded 30% which was only $12. I wanted to cancel my second order for the fact that I didn’t want to have those shipped via UPS also. Come to find out, once the tracking info is generated there’s nothing they can do. Now I know most companies generate tracking pretty soon after orders are placed whether or not they have even touched the order to get it ready. So now I am having a pot with dirt and bulbs sent from NH to AL. I will be SHOCKED if it makes it on time and not damaged. I will NEVER use this company again. I went to a different company for both orders and ordered two new orders and spend an additional $250 to ensure both orders would deliver today and on time by a local florist. To deliver flowers via UPS across the country in a box and to just say too bad for delays when it comes to Mother’s Day is ridiculous. Had they been flowers “just because” it would have been different but moms don’t get enough credit and the one day a year they have should not be damaged due to awful customer service. I even told customer service I would place two new orders that would be local but they were only willing to refund $12 total out of $130. Terrible customer service and company. If I could rate 0 I would.”
“Trash. They look nothing like the pic I ordered by. Twice they delivered flowers that were not correct. Then they tried to give me a 20% discount instead of a refund. When I said no they went to partial refund. Finally credited me back what I paid. The nerve to do this and then try to negotiate a refund to me was so unprofessional I will never look their way again. Embarrassing to say the least. Do better”
“What we ordered and paid for vs. what was actually delivered is insane! We paid $60 for a beautiful "deluxe" arrangement. What was delivered to my Mother-in-law is laughable. There is nothing deluxe about that arrangement. I'm embarrassed that she thinks that's what we ordered for her. And by the looks of all these recent reviews, this is how this company operates. I wish I would have looked into them better before ordering because this is unacceptable.”
“I ordered a bouquet of flowers in a vase from this company for my daughter for Mother's Day. Today my daughter sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they were not like the photo of what I ordered that is on their online site. I contacted the company and they are only refunding me a small amount (not even half). This company should be put out of business. I will never buy flowers from them again.
