“The florist that you outsourced my order to picked the correct type of flowers but they were the complete opposite colors of what was pictured and described. I ordered something that was supposed to have yellow lilies and pink roses and my step mother received off white lilies and purple carnations. I paid for a deluxe bouquet and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.”
“What they advertise online is not what they give you. I ordered their Deluxe flowers with a box of chocolates and got a bouquet that was half the size of what was on their website and a cheap looking bag of chocolate haphazardly tied to the vase.

“I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I used them because they were listed on my cap one card for cash back. They were delivered on time, but did not look vibrant like the picture of what I ordered. Not an $80 bouquet of flowers in my opinion. My mother is so sweet, I made her send me a picture because she wouldn’t tell me how they really looked - she said it’s the thought that counts. the box of chocolate was completely melted. I posted a picture of the flowers they are lifeless as you can see. Disappointed!”

“Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.”

“The flowers that were shown on their site was NOT the flowers that were received. The photo was a total misrepresentation. I don't expect them to be exact but they could have made more of an effort. Instead of a beautiful, full and bright bouquet, what was delivered was a handful of flowers and what looked like some sort of weeds stuck into a vase. I am sssooo disappointed.”
“This service has been really hit and miss for me, and after the last fiasco I'm finished with them. I really think it comes down to the local florist they choose to complete delivery, but it was awful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that after my girlfriend contacted them to complain about the roses that were dead/dying after 24 hours they refunded my money. Initially there were items missing (was supposed to be a stuffed bear delivered also, it wasn't). When I complained about that they refunded that portion of my payment. One day later (which was Valentine's Day) the flowers were dead and/or dying. It just sucked all around.”
“I ordered roses on th 14th recieved email that they would be delivered on the 15th then I received another email that they would be delivered on the 16th!! I spent 100$ and then they wanted to give me a 8$ back. They ended up giving me 16$ back and a 10$ coupon on my next purchase!.
