“My husband ordered a bouquet delivered as an early Valentine gift. I didn’t want to tell him but when they arrived the delivery person didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. Some of the flowers were rotten and mushy and a couple of the roses were brown on the edges.
I feel bad for my husband and don’t even want to ask what he paid for them-I had to trim them and arrange them myself.”
“Horrible customer service. I received a call from this company in order to inform me that the flowers they offered online could not be delivered on Valentine's day. I was very happy with that communication and promptly made 2 new selections over the phone for a total of 3 bouquets to be delivered on Valentine's day. The agent confirmed 2 times that they will indeed be delivered on Valentine's day. Two days before Valentine's day, 1 of the 3 bouquets was delivered in the morning. No one is home, so they sat in the sun for over 7 hours before I could get home. Flowers are sun spotted and warped. So I do a chat, I would like a refund for these ruined flowers. First, the agent creates another order, this is not what I asked for. Then the idiot gives me credit for not just the 1 set of flowers, but cancels all 3 so now my wife and other daughter won't have flowers on Valentine's Day. They never once asked me what I needed or wanted. They just assumed and it messed it all up!”
“The flowers, a dozen red roses, arrived ion extremely bad condition. One was already broken off the stem and several others were old and brown. The wrapping was intertwined with the flowers and was very difficult to remove.”

“Ordered the Pretty Petal Bouquet on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. Not only did they not get delivered, no one from the company reached out to say why. Monday morning, I contact them and received an "oh sorry! we apologize that delivery didn't happen" and offered to upgrade my flowers.
The flowers that were received late afternoon on Monday should have been the premium bouquet. I would not want to see what the standard bouquet looked like. I will not be ordering through this company again. Feeling ripped off.”

“Scam company, advertises same day delivery to sucker people into buying and then instead of confirming delivery, sends you an email two hours later saying that they actually can't and will refund the $1.99 same day delivery fee. Clearly this fee is intentionally minuscule since they never intended on delivering same day in the first place. Their business is taking advantage of people with kind intentions. I have never posted a negative review in my life but I will find every possible forum I can to warn people about these fraudulent swindlers. Support a local florist.”
“Do not order from this site . I ordered a peace Lily for a friend that had lost her brother. I was charged twice on the order ,upon looking at my bank statement and pay pal account the order had been canceled. I called customer service to verify and asked why this was canceled cause I did not cancel it and ask them to explain the 2 different charges and all they would say is its being refunded and hung up. Thank god for pay pal”
“I ordered flowers on February 6th to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday, February 7th. They were not delivered that day, or the next. I had many chats and calls with customer service and each time I was assured that they were on their way. They were not. I was very disappointed and finally just called and cancelled my order completely after my last conversation with customer service where they once again promised to have them delivered by the next day again, which at this point is three days after her birthday. If a person, or occasion is important enough to you to send flowers, do not place your trust in this company. This is the second time I've had this issue with this company and I will not try thelindm again.”
“I've used fromyouflowers.com in the past and had no issues so decided to use them again. This time they NEVER sent the flowers, I paid for same day delivery from a local florist and four days later we are still waiting on the flowers to show up.

“Never will I ever order from "From You Flowers", Today, 2/7/2024, I ordered a beautiful variety plants in a vase for my daughters birthday, I know exactly what I ordered and ended only $73 something and when I was checking my bank account, I was totally horified or livited looking at $116.46 from this place. It seems as though they absolutely changed everything behind my back and added more fees which I did not approve. I called this company at 855-372-7383 and I could not believe the customer representative name Swastik P is a middle eastern and everybody else behind him like it is an offshore customer service call center. I immediately had to cancell this order because of the sham this company did to me surprising me from $73 to $116.46 and to refund me immediately, hopefully they're not lying to me about my refund, I will be checking. This company should be shutdown.”

“I tried to send a Christmas bouquet to someone which was never delivered. I called Flowers from you and first was told the florist didn’t have a delivery person in and it would be delivered the next day. Next day still wasn’t delivered and now had the audacity to ask me to pick up my flowers from the florist. I am several states away . Bottom line it was never delivered Christmas came and went. Received my money back but the whole transaction was a sloppy mess. I would never ever use their service again in life.”
