“Ordered flowers for my mom and asked for delivery of 7/20. Got email at end of day they couldn’t make the delivery and offered to deliver on Monday..I agreed. Monday came and no delivery and again another email at the end of the day stating delivery cannot be made. Called and asked for a full refund as this is 2x they could not deliver as promised”

After waiting most of the day, I got an email stating that the basket was delivered to the hotel. I called the hotel and no basket had arrived. I did call and And received an email saying that my purchase was refunded but to wait three days this is unexcusable!!

The flowers I order were beautiful mostly purple what they deliver was small and kind of ugly, no purple flowers at all, I will never order from this web page again! Very disappointed!! I called 3 times throughout the day to check on my order and each time they said it would be delivered by 6pm. 6pm comes and my order hasn’t even been made and they offered to deliver the next day. Completely unacceptable since this was a surprise birthday gift . I cancelled my order because there is no way I would trust them to deliver anything for me again. The customer service agent on the phone told me he couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement before 6pm - they did show up 2 hours later. But what I got is not even close to the double upgraded “premium” arrangement I ordered. $89 for 3 lilies and some junk filler is an outrageous rip-off. When I complained, they did offer a 30% refund - which is inadequate. Do yourself a favor: don’t place an order with FromYouFlowers.”
“The order came to 100 dollars, it was for a deluxe teddy bear and balloons for our new granddaughter. The bear looked like it came from the claw machine it was so cheap and the balloons were hideous. It looked nothing like the picture!!! To say we were beyond disappointed and embarrassed that this was what our beautiful newborn grand baby recieved is an understatement. I will never use them ever again! Also they tried to offer a 20% discount I declined and insisted they refund the entire amount as their policy says!”
