“I ordered early, scheduled delivery for Friday, May 10. Flowers were not delivered. They were not delivered the next day either. Called and the representative said that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I do not recommend this company and I will NOT be using them again. Mother's Day, and flowers not delivered. “The delivery was on time for Mother's Day but the flowers sent were nothing like what was pictured on the website. The flower was wilted and bare. I expected so much more. The card was a simple note typed on a piece of paper. Nothing fancy. Feeling disappointed that my Mom didn't get what she deserved. Orchids are her favorite flower.”

“If I could give a zero I would. I had two orders for Mother’s Day I did Friday the 10 and only 1 came. Was suppose to be delivered before 12 didn’t get there till 330. I inquired about the other one and they said it was delivered. I called and they said they would have to speak with the florist and get back to me. They didn’t want to call just message. They didn’t want to send back out they wanted to check with the florist first. They also said it was delivered at 10pm. That’s outrageous and we checked the cameras and no one delivered anything. They said they would resen out after countless minutes of me saying that’s not right. The earliest date would be Tuesday…. I simply could not argue with the lady anymore and just wanted a refund. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! And who says they deliver flowers at 10 pm!?! I will never use this company again.”
“The florist that you outsourced my order to picked the correct type of flowers but they were the complete opposite colors of what was pictured and described. I ordered something that was supposed to have yellow lilies and pink roses and my step mother received off white lilies and purple carnations. I paid for a deluxe bouquet and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.”
“These flowers were not ready for someone who is in the hospital and can't cut and arrange them in the vase. I am extremely upset for spending almost eighty dollars on flowers to be, this dissappointed with them. NOTHING like the misleading picture!! I did contact customer service and received an eight dollar and fifty-two cent refund. Do not purchase flowers from these people!! Never again! “All good with placing the order till they deliver something completely different for Mother's Day. Ordered a Pomegranate Bonsai Tree which looked really nice in the photo. My Mother received a green plant with a completely different looking pot. Will never use this company again since they can't guarantee what I'll be receiving. To make things worse, they've offered a $12 refund on a $90 order and won't increase it to make things right. Never using this company again with so many other choices. I'd recommend the same.”
“This company is a joke! I ordered a bulb spring basket for my daughter. It was suppose to contain 6 tulips bulbs, 6 daffodils, 6 hyacinth bulbs and grape hyacinths. I was so embarrassed only flowers that bloomed were 3 tulips and a couple tiny grape hyacinth as filler.”
