When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized.

“must strongly condemn a company that has no credibility or understanding of the term "same day delivery." I chose this product entirely because the official website mentioned: "Our Same-Day Flower Delivery service ensures that your heartfelt sentiments reach their destination without delay." However, they are utterly lying. Since placing my order in the morning, I contacted customer service five times. Each time, they assured me that the delivery would be on time today. But after 7 PM, when I contacted them again, they told me the delivery wouldn't be made today and that it would definitely not arrive as promised. They could only arrange for delivery the next day. Delivering flowers on a special day being postponed to the next day is unacceptable. Never choose this company; they have no credibility and are disgusting. When I asked customer service for the florist's contact information to inquire directly about the delivery, I was told they couldn't provide it. This means you have no way to check on the delivery status yourself and are left waiting passively.”
“I ordered my flowers a week in advance. They tried contacting the local delivery florist to check on delivery they never answered. The flowers weren’t delivered at all. I would not use this company. My family never received the flowers and I requested a credit.”

“I have ordered twice for funerals gave them a second chance. First time ordered a plant basket that had flowering plants what I got was just a basket of green plants was disappointed. This time I was mortified I ordered a bonsai they told me they couldn't do it wanted to substitute I asked for a plant assortment basket gave several suggestions I was assured they would create a CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT hahaha the "custom arrangement " was a 12" peacelilly!!!!! Exactly what I did not want will never ever and that tiny peace Lilly was in no way a $67 dollar plant!!!! Don't use this company they just can't ever seem to give what they advertise”

“Placed an order giving ample time for delivery for a friend’s birthday who recently lost her husband. Because we live in different states I wasn’t aware they weren’t delivered until I received an apology email the next day, saying they would be delivered that day. They were NOT delivered that day. I had to call & they promised they would get back with me, which they did, offering to upgrade the order & include a note of apology. I agreed and they WERE STILL NOT DELIVERED! No notice from the company at all!!!! I am waiting on a refund”

“I used to order via this site with no problems. I’ve used it to deliver to my son’s family in Manhattan and always had good service. Once the wrong thing was sent, and they completely re-did the order no questions asked. The last few times, however, there have been problems with on-time delivery. These problems have been in smaller cities. They have been delaying the delivery, and this time they delayed telling me they delayed the delivery for over 24 hours, too late for me to call a local florist. I ordered on a Friday morning for a Saturday delivery, in enough time not to have to pay an expedited fee. When I got the email it would be late and called the company, “Katie” was sassy and said she’d messaged the florist and I could wait. She said I could call and see if my loved one got the flowers and let THEM know! I told her the purpose of flowers is a SURPRISE, not having to ask if they’re delivered. I said I wanted a refund if they weren’t delivered on Saturday as originally promised. She said I could call back. About 8 hours past when they should have originally been delivered, I got another email saying they were not, and I could have a 10% discount for a Monday delivery or click for a refund. I clicked. I don’t know what happened to this site, but it has turned into unreliable and I won’t use it again for smaller markets, if at all.”

“I have ordered from these people 3 times & they have screwed up twice. This last order was supposed to be same day ordered Thursday, flowers & large box of chocolates. Called late Thursday, oh sorry, will deliver tomorrow. Nope. Called again, gave me a few dollars back said they would come today, Saturday. The flowers arrived around 6pm but NO chocolates. Gave me back the cost of the chocolates but not, taxes, fees or shipping. Go elsewhere - their customer service is outsourced.”
“I paid $77.92 for a Charming Garden of Love bouquet for a 90th Birthday. The flowers I received were not remotely close. 5 roses 5 sprigs of tea flowers and packed with lopsided greenery. I was so hurt and disappointed! They offered me 30% (23.37) return on payment but only received $18.19. Fail. Got to your local grocery's flower department instead.”
