“Could not be more disappointed (primarily in myself for not reading other reviews prior to ordering). I could go through the issues but other reviews were exactly what I experienced:
~Expedite order for next morning delivery, arrived after 6PM
- Flower selection and arrangement was disappointing. Purchased for our anniversary (48 hrs) and wife’s first comment was, “where did you buy these at? You should have used (she named our local florist that we have often used). They smell good but you know next time you should use (again our local florists name)”. My good deed did not have the desired outcome. Though I saved a buck, the arrangement sure references the reduced cost.”
“Absolutely Horrible experience. Ordered an advertised same day delivery arrangement for their website. Not only was it NOT delivered that day but was then "substituted" with flowers that looked like they were purchased at walmart for 5.00. After several lengthy conversations they were to deliver the actual bouquet today. Just recieved ANOTHER communication that they yet again cannot be delivered. Their website is full of fraudulent promises. There is no "same day" delivery and if you choose one of the advertised bouquets just be aware that's not what your purchasing! Would absolutely NOT recommend them. Horrible!”
“The $70 bouquet looked power pathetic and it was the largest size. Good the same looking bouquet later in the grocery store for $16. Next time I'll just go to the grocery store. At least they delivered on time, but I paid extra for that”
“I paid $100 for the beautiful bouquet in the picture and received a message that the order had been delivered. But the bouquet was not delivered. I am very disappointed!!!! How can you do business with lies?”
“Flowers never delivered even though confirmation email said they were. Called customer service and they tried to call florist on a Sunday, of course no one answered. FELT SCAMMED. Better get a refund”
“I ordered flowers to be delivered the following day and paid extra fees for the expedited delivery. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered on the day promised, I was sent an email stating they wouldn’t be delivered until two days later. Read and trust these reviews before wasting your time with this company.”
“They send you an email saying your order was delivered when in reality it wasn’t delivered and won’t be delivered for a few hours. I believe the drivers says they are delivered in order for them to meet their metrics for on time delivery”
“Ordered flowers late in the day for same day delivery and was charged extra fee to do so. It was late in the day so I understood it would have to be delivered the next day. The next day came and went. So not only did I pay the fee for same day, they would have been 2 days later than what I wanted. I didn’t trust they would old be delivered before the recipient was discharged from hospital so cancelled the order. Very disappointing.”
“There was an issue with my order, and they were expedient and understanding of the importance of this order. I really appreciated their fast response to my concerns and willingness to correct the problem in a way that meant something.”
“Ordered flowers for a surprise, flowers got delivered and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. Runaround after runaround about the order, in the system it shows that they weren’t delivered. Do not pay for the expedited shipping because it’s not going to happen. I do not recommend this company! Save your money.”
“What they deliver and what you buy are radically different, you buy a large arrangement of roses, you get a bunch of
Chrysanthemums, have the size you ordered, they charge you 3 different kinds of delivery fees.. never ever will order with them. Better to go with a local florist. .. this was such a scam .”

“There seems to be a theme here......don't pay extra for the before noon delivery, the surprise effect was lost when the flowers got delivered to my wife's work 2.5 hours after she left work, this is the first issue I've had with this place, also 2 anniversary ballons that weren't with the delivery, save yourself the grief and use your local flower shop, it's cheaper and it will get done rite”
“THe reps are incredibly unhelpful. There is a weird thing going on with my account and they told me that they couldn't see the accounts and unable to help. Then who can help? It's their website!”
