“My roses arrived late, ready for the trash can. My cousin ordered flowers for my birthday. They arrived one day after my birthday. The roses were warm with browned petal edges, and petals falling off. I really wish my cousin had not wasted her money. I would have preferred a 99-cent card from WalMart.”
“This flower delivery website is awful! Do not order from them! Delivery was not on time and when they did delivery, they only delivered 1/2 of what I ordered. “I ordered flowers for my daughter with expedited delivery and she never received them. This company tried to convince me she got them because they didn't realize I live around the corner from her. SHE NEVER GOT THEM! I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone trying to get them to give me back my money. Eventually they did give me my money but my poor daughter never received flowers for her bday. I wouldn't recommend this company.”
“Flowers were supposed to be arranged in a vase. They were delivered to my wife on Valentines day, at work, in a box. My wife had to put the unbloomed flowers in the vase. Since they didn't come with the stay fresh packett you get with any bouquet of flowers you get from Wal-Mart, Kroger, ect, the flowers died before they bloomed. I sent an email to "From You Flowers" and asked how they could make it right. They gave me a $12 refund on my $87 purchase. I will never again order from here and I recommend you don't either.”
“I bought a standing spray for my best friend mom’s funeral. I paid more for the premium. What they sent was an embarrassment and didn’t look anything like the picture of what I ordered. The spray of flowers was little and some of the daisies looked wilted. I’m a very unhappy customer.”

“Not reliable service. Avoid at all costs. We ordered two large centerpieces and paid for expedited delivery. Instead, the driver wasn't on time and brought a small bucket that didn’t resemble what we ordered. It took us 10 attempts to call until we finally spoke with someone. “Ordered flowers for daughter’s 50th birthday to be sent to her office. Flowers were never delivered and customer service agent said it would be delivered early the following day. No flowers again. The following day it said the flowers were delivered at 7 pm. That never happened. Huge disappointment. Daughter lives in Virginia, we are in Pennsylvania so bringing her flowers ourselves was impossible.”
“Ordered flowers/chocolate for same-day delivery and expedited delivery to be there by 12pm. When order not delivered by 12pm, I called Customer Service 5 times in the afternoon to find out the status of my order as the Track your Order Link just says "Delivery Scheduled". Customer service has NO way to contact the Local Florist to make sure the order is actually on the way. Completely awful and stressful for me as the customer. Finally get a call at 830p only for Customer Service to tell me that the the order won't be delivered today. This was an awful experience.”
“My wife had a miscarriage and I wanted to get her flowers but was not able to leave her side. I would normally never spend an obscene amount of money on two dozen roses but I needed to get them for her. Turns out my mother, unaware of me ordering flowers from here as well, placed an order for flowers as well. Well, consistent with the other reviews, no flowers showed up for either of us and my wife now has to listen to me fighting with their call center in a foreign country with, no joke, a rooster in the background, for my money back. This is unacceptable and a shame they’re even on google as a top suggestion.”
“I ordered flowers and balloons for my friend's birthday the day before and paid the Expedited Delivery Fee to ensure my gift would be delivered before 12 PM. However, they processed it as same-day delivery (+$). In the end, the order was delivered two days late, without the balloons—only the flowers, which also did not look like the picture. Who needs flowers two days after a birthday for over $100?!

“Because I am abroad, I haven't seen my daughter in a few years but still wanted her birthday to be special - even in my absence; so I searched & found a local flower delivery that is close to her. The online assortments "appeared" visually beautiful; however, what was received was NO WHERE as full, colorful, or engaging to receive as I'd hope for. The ONLY things that were pleasant was the delivery date/time and the "Enclosed Card". (I have attached 3-pictures for review).”
“I order 3 dozens roses for my wife on Feb 4th to be delivered at her work on valentines day. The 7th I realized her schedule had changed and I sent A email to them to ask if I could change delivery date or address since it was only the 8th and the flowers hadn't been sent yet? They wouldn't allow it in any kind of way. Even when i offered to pay any difference. Wasn't happy but ok my fault. The flowers They arrived brown topped an 2 pcs of baby's breath in 3 dozen roses. Sure didn't look even close to the picture! Feel like I could have went to walmart and got 10dozen an it looked 100x better for the same amount! Won't be using them again.”
“First of all my flowers I ordered for my mother's 80th Birthday were late. When she received them and sent me a pic of of them I was mortified. I would've been better off buying flowers from a grocery store for $20 rather than $60 for flowers that looked horrible. My picture below has flowers I ordered on the left and the flowers I received on the right. My card with message was not even with the flowers. So disappointing.”
