“The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. Not attractive. Do not use this company. Many substitutions and definitely not a deluxe size. I wanted to show pictures but site wouldn’t allow.”
“This is by far the worst flower delivery company I have ever encountered. I had someone call to verify the order and they barely spoke english.I could not understand half of what they said then they started to yell at me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she gave me some explanation. However, I could not understand it because she barely spoke english. After speaking with the supervisor and getting no help. I asked what we needed to do to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order because I did not place it.My husband would have to call in cancel the order. I was also told if it was not verified in twenty four hours, it would automatically be canceled and refunded to my card. When I asked whom to contact to make sure that the refund was processed properly. I was told we don't give out that information. This place is a total scam, and they are using people from other countries to access credit card information. Don't waste your time or money and follow up with a complaint to the better business bureau.”

I ordered it last week so that it would get there on time it did not it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday they didn't even reach out to me I had to call them and argue with a customer service rep to talk to a manager because the flowers were never delivered he offered me my money back and a $50 credit that's great except that I will never use this company again!!! I also suggest you don't use them!!! This is the second time that they have royally screwed up a delivery of flowers for me. I paid over $80 for a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's memorial that I cannot attend and instead we got nothing!! I wouldn't even give them a one if there was a negative row they would get a negative for me!!”
“I ordered an arrangement on 11/15/24 to be delivered that same day. Order was cancelled on their end for some security reason. I placed order again to be delivered the following day. Arrangement was delivered first thing next morning but what nothing like the picture on the site. I reached out and the reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid. I would have thought they would have refunded the whole amount due to the entire inconvenience. But, they did deliver right away the following day and reimbursed 1/2 of payment.”
“I am very disappointed with this service. I picked a very unique flower arrangement and payed extra to assure this would reflect what we wanted for a friend who lost her baby girl. The arrangement she received was okay, something we could have purchased at the supermarket, not at all what we had ordered. There was a big misrepresentation of what it’s on their website and you pay for than what you will receive.”

“This company has terrible customer service! I ordered flowers guaranteed to be delivered today and even paid a fee to expedite delivery. When they had not been delivered during the time frame, I went to the chat line. The person stated that I would receive a refund on the expedite part of the order but they would be delivered today. An hour later, I received an email that they would not be delivered until the next day. I emailed to cancel the order entirely and now a “supervisor “ will get back to me. I am beyond disappointed and will never give this company business again! Wish I had read reviews first!”

I would never recommend ordering flowers from "From You Flowers" after my last experience with my last order. I ordered a Casket Spray Deluxe Enchanted Garden with 3 Banners, Mom, Grandma, We Love You. Cost $234.99 discounts $58.75. For my Mom funeral on Nov 8, 2024. I ordered 6 day prior then funeral, They did the most disrespectful thing ever imagine. The day after my order they tried to say I put no time and place down. It clearly states on order form time and date, then they said they couldn't find the address. The funeral home has been in business for over 75 years. I should have just canceled the order then and there, but they said they got it corrected, so 3 days later I wanted to make sure everything was good to go and the lady said yes everything is guaranteed on time with Banners I also asked for who the local florist was they refused to tell me. Again I should have cancelled the order, but I was stressed with the funeral. The day before funeral I gave funeral home all of my Information on the order because they wanted to make everything is going to be delivered on time. The Funeral Home called morning of Funeral and "From You Flower" told them they cancelled my order. No I am not kidding day of Funeral they said they cancelled it. Funeral Home calls me and tells me this information I go into panic mode, I call "From You Flower" yes I was freaking out 45 minutes before the funeral and no flowers. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back on the phone and said they are in route. Here we are waiting at the funeral home for the funeral for my Mom and no flowers on her casket. I am just sick to my stomach and felt disgraced from my family and friends as they show up and no flowers. Then 10 minutes before the funeral started a person comes in with these flowers that look like they where bought at grocery store at a week old discount flowers. They where brown and wilting and some dead. They where just slapped together for a small table centerpiece then for a casket. There was no banner on them at all, which was a disgrace to my family. I seen the flowers and just cried it hurt so bad seeing the hurt on my families faces of the tasteless flowers that where suppose to be so beautiful for my Mom's casket showing respect but get these disgrace flowers. Even the so called card was printed out on stained up printer paper. I step outside of the funeral home and called "From You Flowers" right after delivery yes 7 minutes before the funeral was to begin, yes I was totally freaking out and very upset. Your Rep did not care at all and acted like it was no big deal. Which made the situation worse. Then your rep was trying to offer me a lousey 20% off my order and 10% off next order, are you kidding me you disgraced my family and all you offered me is 20%, No way, then he offered 30% off, and 20% off next order. I told him this not exceptable. And demand to know who the so called florist was and he refused to tell me again. Then I asked to talk to his manager and he would not let me. Then he asked how he could fix it and I said make the Casket Spray I ordered and Banners, and have it to the funeral home in 5 minutes. He's like thats impossible and I told your Rep "From You Flowers" That you had 6 days before the funeral to get it right and they failed. And he said I can deliver it to my Dead Mom's home by the end of day are you serious, why in the heck would I want casket flowers delivered to my Mom's house after the funeral is over, Even more disrespectful. Update: I found out after the funeral that "From You Flower" third partied out my ordered to a grocery shopping network which I am not going to name here that picks out your groceries and deliver them to your home, So they sent this third party shopper the morning of the funeral to pick out a table centerpiece for a casket spray. Totally disrespectful to all my Family and Friends. I would never recommend "From You Flower" when ordering any flowers. The picture of the flowers on the casket is what I ordered and the picture is from " From You Flowers" websight and the other flowers is what was delivered, wilting, brown, and some dead, the flowers are for a table centerpiece. Not for a casket spray.”
