“Ordered a week ago, paid extra for delivery guaranteed before noon. Order did not arrive before noon. Contacted customer service and could not understand the customer service rep. He did refund the extra money that I had paid for delivery before noon, and he did offer $10 credit. I guess I'm tired of companies promising things, and charging for them, and then not delivering on the promise. Yeah I got the extra money back, but they still got $60 and the day was ruined because the flowers didn't arrive on time.”

“I placed order 4 days in advance. Flowers did not arrive. I called and they said flowers would be delivered the next day and offered a certificate for $10 off towards next purchase. Told them I did not want a certificate because I would not be ordering flowers from them again. So they refunded me 20% and said flowers would be delivered first thing the next day. Flowers still had not been delivered by 7:00 p.m. Called and they said flowers were out for delivery. I told them to cancel the order because it's too late to deliver flowers when it should have been delivered first thing that morning. They said they could not cancel and offered me another discount and flowers would be delivered the following day. I demanded a full refund and got it.”
“I am super disappointed. I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my mom for her breast cancer free anniversary. The pictures while ordering these flowers were beautiful and my siblings and I were so excited for her to receive them. We FaceTimed my mom while she opened up her box and we all GASPED!! I cannot believe what they had delivered to her home. They looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. The leaves were bent. There was barely any pink flowers in her bouquet. Some were dead. Some were broken. And they looked overall HORRIBLE! They did give us a full refund but we’re so disappointed that she even had to open that box and find that.”

“I placed an order for flowers to be delivered Jan 21 and extra for quicker delivery. The flowers were never delivered after being told for 3 days that they would be. I was even told that they had contacted the florist to ensure delivery. Again, never delivered. This is a scam and it needs to be taken down. They sent a replacement and the roses were half decent but still missing 60 percent of flowers they offered to refund me 50 percent. I said no it is not what I ordered I'm not paying for half off dead flowers. I am waiting for 100 percent refund. I will update review once I get my money.”
