“I ordered flowers for my sister's 50th birthday. They were never delivered..They assured me they would make it right.I wanted them to send a beautiful bouquet still because my little sister deserved to feel special. I had to tell her the mishap. I am here visiting so I know flowers never came.yes I got a refund, but what I wanted more was for them to extend good customer service by sending a beautiful bouquet a day late would have been fine. This is poor company practice. Not only do they throw in a $14.99 handling fee after you have found what you want to send.so even$39,99 flowers will cost you around$56.00. I will Never use this company again and will report to better business bureau. I am so ipset at them ruining my surprise to my little sister and refusing to come through and make it right... I have been crying all morning because I wanted to show her how much she means to me...They tainted that for me. Make it right and send her the best flowers on your companies dime and then maybe I can get over this. But my depression has hit me hard because nothing is going right including wanting to celebrate my sister...Please make this right for her!”

Ordered for my mom to have them come the day after she got out of the hospital, they inform me that there is now a three day delay with no explanation - days later they push it back another day and then another day - and at the same time I’m getting generic and impersonal customer service messages and no sympathy or explanation. After I saw my friend's flowers, I decided to ask other friends about the flowers, which was sent, and one more frustration, how sad I felt so bad about all this!! I have photos of all the flowers that I bought and which ones were sent, you really deserve to be sued, for destroying data that was supposed to be for parties and to steal the customer!! The flowers I ordered, did not resemble what was delivered, except they were both flowers. Would never recommend your company to anybody because what you pay for and select do not resemble the product that was delivered
The first photo is what I expected. The second photo was what was delivered. Colors are not even close. There was no succulent in the delivered flower what was delivered was a cheap grocery store flower arrangement versus a quality florist delivery which is what I was expecting.”

Today I got an email that the florist no longer had the arrangement I wanted and asked if I wanted another one. I agreed to that and then 2 hours later they called me and said they couldn’t find a florist to deliver them today. But would deliver tomorrow.
Also the credit I received from last year was not applied to my order when I asked them about that they stated the arrangement I ordered was already discounted and they could not apply another discount. Oh but they did refund back 13.00 on this order for the issues
I am done and will never use this company again. This is totally unacceptable”

Humbly, with all due respect, I could not understand one representative (HEAVY (country omitted) foreign accents, I could not understand them nor could they understand me.. (*I do well with accents, born and raised in the most diverse (ethnically, culturally) area on Earth).. How bad? Verrry slowly: “B” as in boy.. O as in orange.. N as in new” etc.. “Could you repeat the name to me?” I asked..

“From You Flowers sent me an email the day my flowers were to be sent for an event my family was having saying they were not going to be able to send the flowers on time. As soon as I read the email I called the phone number on their site, spoke with a company representative who promised an arrangement would be sent the next day. Well, the next day they sent two emails...one saying they would not be sending flowers the date they promised they would be sent. Rhe second email said they would not be able to send what I bought!!
When I called again they did verbally apologize but that's how they rectified the situation. An apology. I have no idea what that if anything will be sent. At this point I'm pretty sure that From You Flowers is a scam company and i just lost 100.00$.
