“I’ve been a fan of frost buddy for numerous years! I bought my most recent frost buddy for my fiancé for Father’s Day. I ordered it the second week of May, yet did not receive it until right before Father’s Day. According to the website it was in stock and available, however, after numerous communications with customer support, I learned that it was actually out of stock and the company was waiting for the new shipment to arrive, thus why it took so long for my order to be fulfilled. Regardless of this little hiccup, I am a true fan of frost buddy and will continue purchasing frost buddies in the future, because the product is absolutely phenomenal!”
“My experience with Frost Buddy hasn't been terrible, but it hasn't been ideal, either. I ordered a 40 oz tumbler in a color that was in pre-order and the website gave an estimated ship date that I was okay with. After I placed my order, I received an email from the company saying my color selection was out of stock, so would I like a different color or a refund? I was confused because I thought it was in pre-order? I asked for a refund. Then I got an email from someone else saying they made a mistake and the color I wanted was in pre-order and would I like to wait? I decided to wait because I really liked the color. We'll, the estimated ship date came and went with no shipping update, so I emailed and asked what was going on. There were some delays in ordering on their end, apparently, so I still had to wait. So I did. For over a week. Right when I was about to ask for a refund, I got the shipping notification. So I eventually got my order, but there were some hiccups along the way. What really annoys me most about the company though is the constant spamming of marketing emails and texts. It's multiple times a day and is so obnoxious! I'll never order from this company again based on that alone.”

“The product is great! The matte colors scratch easily though. However; with this 100 degree heat wave my Dunkin refresher still had ice in it after two hours of sitting in my car in the sun while being inside the to go buddy. Amazing!
I did get the mystery box and received products without straws and bumpers that don’t fit my products.

“I love it, it’s beautiful but, what is that tiny hole at the top for? Not the straw hole, the other one. I don’t use the straw and when I tilt it up to drink water comes out of that hole. Other than that it’s great.”
