“I was very hesitant to order a Frost Buddy, but I'm so thankful I did! I travel a lot and buy frozen/slushy drinks. Due to the long distance, the drinks always melt. But, with the To-Go Buddy, I no longer have that issue. It keeps the drink frozen. I love it!”

“I like my Frost Buddy To-Go, but there is room for improvement. There needs to be a way to carry the cuff (for bottles & cups) and the tumbler top/straw set with the Frost Buddy so I can switch out between bottles and drinks while on the go. Also the tumbler top/straw set needs to have a cap for the lid of the straw and needs to be sold WITH the FB To-Go, not as a separate item.
Otherwise, it holds drinks well in either type and keeps ice for most of the day. I have not tried it with warm drinks yet.”

“We have had a few for years, extras for friends for our boat. Our girls have XL's for gatoraid/ water, they work great here in Florida. Keep whatever is in them cold until empty even if left on deck for hours.”

“The products are fantastic and I have bought 20+ for myself, friends and family. However, I will only be buying through Amazon from now on as the company itself has unreliable shipping. I ordered 6 of the same Christmas universal buddies. After 2 weeks of my order just sitting (not picked up by ups) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I finally found the chat feature through the app and they reordered my same order again. However at this point it had been so long and the event I needed the buddies ready for was 5 days away. I asked that the order be rushed, which it was not. Ironically, just a day later the original order was finally picked up and started moving. Scheduled to be delivered before my event. All was well again until the order showed up at my door and I only received 1 of the 6 buddies I ordered. This time I called customer service and was told to wait a few more days even though I didn’t want the order anymore as my event was the next day. As expected, a few hours later the order status was “delivered” with only one product. I called again and they wanted me to go through the process of returning the one buddy on my order. I eventually got a full refund which I appreciated, but overall j was extremely disappointed at how I was treated by customer service and how no one took accountability for only getting 1/6 of my order. It was clearly a mistake by the company itself as the box and label were specific to one product (didn’t come in a big box with only 1 inside.) I have emailed customer service and explained the issue with my order but have not heard back.
Bottom line, products are great, company needs to take accountability for its growing pains as its now been around too long to be having these big time errors.”
“Obsessed!! I am collecting frost buddy’s for EVERY season! I literally can not go a single day without using a frost buddy product. I pack my 40oz water jug, a can of cola in my universal buddy and a to go buddy of iced tea when leaving for the office. So easy to use throughout the day switching between work and play. In my past life I was a yeti girly, now I have converted to Frost Buddy. The performance of these koozies and cups are identical to the performance of the yeti but enhanced with endless versatility yeti could only dream of.
I only need my frost buddy in my bag now 🤍”
“Too many emails. Yet when I emailed I got no response. I bought 2 cups. One came with a lid. One didn’t. They were the same. My friends both had lids. I’m disappointed. The cups are great and work very good at keeping things hot or cold.”
