“I like the concept of frost buddy. I bought 3, one for me and two for Christmas gifts. I purchased Lagoon for myself so my review will be based on that one. The packaging kept the product safe during shipping but there was a cardboard ring around the cup with its information on it, and this ring's adhesive stuck to the cup and was incredibly stubborn to come off, with and without water. My frost buddy now has a small patch on it that is a bit annoying and I try not to touch it. The colour of Lagoon looked way cooler on BOTH of my monitors and on mobile. In person the bottom half is a sparkly deep bluish purple, but I thought it would be a bluish black. Not a huge issue but still, a second knock. The frost buddy fits in the car cupholder without issue but it only feels secure in the deepest cupholder, which is the one closest to my leg while driving. This doesn't workout too well for me personally so when I used it, I used the passagenger cupholder and just kept my right hand close by to stabilise it. I tried my frost buddy with a Starbucks large iced coffee. I found that there is too much space in the frost buddy and the coffee cup slides all the way down and the lid gets stuck on the rubber covering, risking it popping off and causing a huge mess. Very difficult to retrieve the cup and adjust it once it's inside. Might not be great for the car but maybe frost buddy is better suited for a day at the beach or camping. I haven't been able to test its capability to keep the drink colder for longer. Thank you!”
“Frost Buddy products are great. I just purchased my second one. Had trouble with shipping. I paid 11.99 for 2-3 day shipping. It took over 2 weeks to get my buddy. It was a Halloween one so unfortunately, I only can enjoy it for the next week and a half until next year. I was disappointed with the response from the company of "we'll try to do better next time". I feel like most any other company would have refunded shipping or at the very least the extra money spent to upgrade shipping.”
“Even before I received my order the bombardment of emails started. I don't need 4-5 emails a day telling me how excited you are about an order, or how I can make money refering people. Let people receive their order and then 'maybe' one per day. Even the app starting sending me notifications making things worse. I received the product and will try it soon.”
“Love the cup, keeps my iced coffee ICED all day and I’d give it 5, but you lost a star because they all don’t come with a lid and for the price - it’s extremely disappointing.

“I have several them and have given them as gifts. Only wish when you put cans in there is more of the can showing to be able to drink out of. Some of the 12 oz cans you can barley see the can.”

“I have enjoyed my frost buddy until today. I grabbed a 12 pack of my favorite beer (Coors Light) and it does not fit the can. I had 16 oz and it fit great without the sleeve. But when I used the 12 oz Coors cans the frost buddy does not hold it. Though I’m not too upset because the beer does not stay in the can long because there is a big hole in the top, I do wish there was a way that my frost buddy could hold the 12 oz can as well.”
“They show a solid ing that goes on top of the frost buddy after placing in the can or whatever, they sent me a silicone round item with the inside sort of scalop figure around the top, which makes it hard to get contain out without pulling hard and making a mess if there is any liquid in container”
“The product (to go buddy) is great - my wife loves it and uses all the time. The colors for the top didn't look like it would match so I didn't order it with the cup. One major criticism was that even though I opted out of emails I still got spammed with several per day until I unsubscribed again.”
“All the universal XL's were shipped without the insert. I have 2 but only 1 insert was shipped. These are supposed to come with them and I have sent several emails asking for the 2nd insert and keep getting replies off both order # that I got it but only 1 was sent.”
“Unconventional review but great company! I had considered ordering for some time and when I saw a Facebook advertisement for 20% I used that opportunity to save money. I used the link provided but never got the 20% off. I contacted the company who said it was a glitch they were working on but provided me with a personal code for 20% (after some back and forth as I believe I should be granted the discount as advertised). I was thrilled to receive my own only to open it and find I was missing a loud, which on their site said it is included if pictured with one and mine was. I contacted them again with pictures and screenshots to which they responded again and are sending me my missing lid. It's been a bit frustrating all the hiccups but the company ALWAYS responded and made things right and that's what's most important! 4/5 for great customer service but I can't speak for the product as I have yet to use it.”
