“You’ve got a great product. You just need to change the seals on the lids because every time you pull the lid off, it makes the seal twist and come off. You need to have the seal built into the lid so when you screw the lid on it automatically seal.”
“Paint Splat is my 1st Frost Buddy. It is very pretty, but heavy when filled. I wish your handle fit tighter. When my husband turned it over to empty it the buddy slipped out of the handle and scratched my black sink.”
“Had to purchase a 2 pack, because the version of Frost Buddy wasn’t available for individual purchases. Paid extra for express shipping. Only to find out “they make them for each order.” That being said, not sure why there was only the option to buy a 2 pack if they make them once they’re ordered. Which eventually came 6 weeks later… The kooz is a cool idea though. Just allow a 2 month grace period if interested.”
“I never received mine! I ended up cancelling it, I was so irritated! I kept an eye on it watched it get delivered to Dallas then Fort Worth stayed for a couple of days then it went somewhere north! I do not remember what town or state. It stayed there for a week or so. So I decided to cancel it I'll be danged if I didn't receive an email saying it was delivered! I called and I had a bed connection. So I called off my land line. The lady said something had already been started on it and someone would call me back on my landline. No one has yet to call me back!”
“I was disappointed in the To-Go Buddy not completely fitting some of my drinks. Some of the plastic was visible and I thought it was supposed to completely fit inside. Every ad or promotion showed exactly that. Customer service sent me a video of some drinks not fitting like I thought though. Oh, well”
“My original order said it was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of November. I emailed customer service on the 9th of November asking what the status was and was told to wait another week before they would try shipping it again. Still haven't received most of my order. Had much higher expectations..”

It is available in a variety of attractive colors and patterns. I have had my frost buddy for several years and have been very happy with it. I have found that the outer surface is easily scratched so you will want to be gentle with it.”
“Honestly, the products have been really solid. Accidents do happen so i would like to see replacement lids available which would be cool. Especially for the sport buddys. But the community that comes with this company and all the support and communication between the team seems to really work well. Theyve earned a repeat customer for sure! Well since then it has been crickets on your end. I like the products however I will probably not purchase again. Now it has been 2 weeks.
