“I have only bought 1 Frost Buddy which was last year in July. Been trying to get replacement lid do to discoloration. Also looked at a new one but pricing on site not accurate once photo is loaded. Pending response from you customer svc and marketing i believe they said.
Customer serivce process is email only which causes delays in resolution on issues.

“I had a defect in mine and have sent several pictures about replacing my Joe Buddy and never heard but from anyone. I have purchased at least 10 so far. Bad customer service.”
“The product did not live up to the hype. It did not keep items cold for as long as advertised. The lid for pop cans and pop bottles was very hard to get screwed on, and once the lid was on it stretched. Then it was hard to use it on a different sized bottle. The Universal XL did not have a drinking lid either. I found myself going back to my Yeti cooler for my pop cans. I ended up sending back the extra parts I had purchased with the Universal XL's but decided to keep the coolers for a trial. My husband and I tried them for a bit and decided to return them too. In the end we ended up sending everything back for a full refund. We are still waiting for a refund as of this survey being filled out.”
“Love the concept! Bought a few for gifts for Christmas and I was sent the wrong one. Had to improvise because the correct cup wouldn’t arrive in time. Gave away the cup I actually wanted to replace the other cup to ensure the recipient got a gift still. super sad 😔”

“I like the way it keeps drinks cold received universal buddy and the engraving was great, the reason for the 2 stars is because I received one for Christmas and also bought one for a family member and both are really difficult to get 12 oz empty cans out, I have contacted customer service and hopefully they get back to me.”
“I didn't have a good experience initially when ordering from you it took 3 days to ship my order then it took a few more days after making a call to find out when it was being shipped and expected arrival date. Then again I had to make another call as to when it was expected to be delivered after a week of not knowing. Finally after getting an update it took approximately 2 weeks to get my order and one of my items the box was smashed. Very disappointed with shipping and condition my order came when being charged extra for shipping. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!”
“I already sent an email regarding the frost buddy I received. I was told I would be sent a replacement. It came with scratches down one side and the boot didn't fit on it very well, to small. I did send this person pictures of the damages”
“They have pop up ads as your checking out and orders you things you didn’t want. Then their return process sucks!!! Not easy customer service is slow. Their website is missing information when you click on links or does not work. Not happy with my first experience with this company will not be ordering anything else. Still waiting for a refund on my return 😑”
