“As a local truck driver I’m completely enjoying my Frost Buddy, everything from putting my Starbucks, to my blender cup, to sonic cups, to Popeyes cups, and the list goes on. I’ve enjoyed it so much I w got my girlfriend and my oldest daughter and fixing to buy my best friend one too. Didn’t really have much use for the lip gloss holder in the handle so one day I tried something else and it worked !!! So now this is what I use mine for !! I actually get pisssd at myself when I accidentally leave it at home. I need to get myself another one to leave in my locker at work 😆”
“Let me start out by saying FROSTBUDDY is where it's at when it comes to koozies for your drinks. Lol I know they aren't koozies, but I'm old school.
They fit everything I drink and I absolutely love the designs!!
However I gave a 4 star rating only because they never have what I am looking for, as they are still OOS on the 2 thicc buddies I wanted to purchase for my nieces when softball season started.
Preorder process is a little lacking as well since when I initially ordered my very first pre-order thicc buddy. I had to wait 7 plus weeks to get it and missed Christmas with my best friend receiving her gift.”
“Glasses are great !! But what is not great is being charged return shipping for buying lids extra when in fact they came with glasses which stated does not come with lids. So today I will have to pay to return. Ffs 🤦♂️”

“I ordered the ToGo Buddy in Lily. I was so excited as I loved the color and the description of how long it would keep my drink cold. I drink mainly ice water and like lots of ice!! My cup arrived and the design and color were exactly what I expected! I was very pleased….. until… I put my ice and water in the cup and not even 5 hours later all the ice was melted. I was super disappointed, so I tried again, filled the cup with ice, added water, again same results! I emailed customer service with my dissatisfaction. Their response was quick and explained I may have a defective cup and they were going to immediately send a replacement. I received the new cup a few days later and tested. I filled the new cup with ice and water and left it on the counter overnight…. WOOHOO when I got up the next morning there was still some ice!! Very happy and satisfied with Frost Buddy, my new cup, and their customer service!!! Thank you!!!”
“I got the new thicc 40 in black leopard print, the handle broke off within a month. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement cup but no longer had my color in stock so I had to choose a different color. I like the company, but I am sad about the quality of the cup handle. I hope they improve that part.”
“I loveee the cup. Only thing i wish is the base was taller/ longer like the Stanley’s. The way it is designed right now won’t fit with another cup in a deep drink holders”

Togo Buddy: Amazing, works great for hot and cold drinks. Keeps ice forever!
universal Buddy: works great with canned drinks.
universal Buddy XL: works ok, not great with plastic bottles. They fit fine but don’t stay cold.”
“This xl does everything they claim, except one picture shows using a lid and straw, fix that and you pull me from the brumate completly!!!
Just wish I knew that before ordering and the customer service person, that told me it fit , will get an update on products.

“She loves it now. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the very first one broke within 24 hours. She was only twisting off the lid when the cup broke. Was quickly replaced after I sent pictures of where it broke. This one is holding up great.”
