“I got the new thicc 40 in black leopard print, the handle broke off within a month. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement cup but no longer had my color in stock so I had to choose a different color. I like the company, but I am sad about the quality of the cup handle. I hope they improve that part.”

“My boss heard about FrostBuddy from a friend and wanted to purchase all of us in the office a To Go Buddy as he noticed we always had a to go coffee or to go drinks on our desks. We ordered our cups and were sad to see that one of the cups didnt come with a lid. After tons of digging we found in fine print that some colors do not come with a lid, despite the large images shown when you purchase. I wrote in to FrostBuddy and let them know of the confusion and they quickly sent out a lid and apologized for the confusion. Now we all use our To Go FrostBuddy cups every day and LOVE how long it will hold ice in our cups & keeps our coffees hot!”

“I used my new Thic Buddy 40 for the first time yesterday and filed it full of ice in the morning around 8:00 am. I put cooled tea in the cup and the ice was gone by 3:30pm. I work in a grocery store so not in a hot environment. It is thin walled and the insulation is not as good as i had hoped.
I do like the lid on the Frost Buddy. I would like to see this cup be able to keep my drink colder longer.”
