“Love my To Go Buddy! My go to is large McDonald's iced coffee. Fits with and without the top piece, and ice does not melt. Also, I discovered it works as a koozi for 24oz cans! Not perfect, but gets the job done! My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the straw. It has been out of stock for some time.”

Got a different color than I ordered, not a huge deal but a bummer none the less
Makes the normal size cans like 3 times as big
Makes everything more heavy and barley fits in my car cup holder
Overall. I am still using it almost daily, and it is nice. Would I buy another one? No probably not, but it comes in handy if I keep it with me all the time.”

“Love how it keeps my drinks cold (hot too presumably but haven’t tried it yet) and fits so many cups. One suggestion: an option to buy a rubber gasket that has a slightly bigger opening. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and their large drink cup is styrofoam and too big to fit in the Thicc Buddy (TB) with the insert and too small to catch the rim of the TB without the insert. This becomes a bit janky when trying to remove the cup from the TB. Love it still 😊”
“This was the 2nd time I ordered from frost buddy (I loved my 1st order). It was taking a long time so I reached out and was told they were out of the items I ordered and I could pick something else or get a refund. I didn't feel like there was much effort in helping me. Right after I settled for other colors they came out with some items that were similar to my original order. I like the products but I'm not sure I'll order anything more or really give a great review when I'm asked about them.”
“Frost Buddy sent my cup via UPS which outsourced their job to the USPS. My cup has been sitting in a postal building for 12 days now. Frost Buddy asked me to continue to wait, even after the cup has not moved in 10 days.
The United States Postal Service is broken. Companies are, unfortunately, going to need to choose carriers that will not hand over products to the USPS.
I had hoped to buy wholesale from Frost Buddy to sell in our small laser business, but without reliable shipping, I cannot do business with them.
So as to the quality of the cup/product? I have no idea. I simply hope Frost Buddy will switch their shipping methods soon - even if that means I have to pay more for reliable shipping.”
