“I would give it a five but thin there would be no room for improvement. We love our FB 2.0, it fits all of the beverages we drink but one. Some bottles with or without the insert rattle a little bit still works and keeps the drink cold for a long time. All and all very satisfied.”
“I have bought a universal buddy, a To-Go Buddy, and a Sports Buddy so far. I love the products themselves! My only complaint is that the Yale Blue To-Go Buddy is actually Navy Blue. The picture is not navy. They are two different shades of blue. Please change the description on the site. I would have ordered a different color instead of navy. Otherwise awesome product. There will be more in my future!”
“First, let me say I love the product! Only used it for cold drinks, not hot drinks yet. I got a Venti Starbucks tea and dropped it in my Frost Buddy. Finished the drink but added my own tea later. 7 hours later, I still had tons of ice. Only giving it 4 stars though because I don't like how long it takes to get to you after you order. My first order, I had free shipping and it took a bit before it got here, but hey, free shipping, no complaints. I loved the product so much, I placed a second order, which I had to pay for shipping. That one is taking forever as I'm still waiting on it to be delivered. I wish they would use someone else other than the USPS (had slow, long deliveries with other companies also using USPS to deliver their products). Outside of the shipping, this product is a DEFINITE BUY! Well worth the $$.”
“The buddy is almost truly universal. The only downside i ran into is that I drink the Jack Daniels bottled coolers and they do not fit. They are too short and small to fit the universal buddy. Otherwise, it works well for my wife drinking hecate and ultra.”

“I ordered 3 xl universal buddies and 3 universal buddies and got none of the inserts. However, they did say they would send the inserts, but it has been a week since I received the email and I've yet to receive them or any notice of shipment. The items work very well though when you have all the parts.”

“Product is great, I ordered my third Frost Buddy, the XL...although great, I was disappointed the insert was not included. Apparently there was a supplier issue with these but I wish that would have been noted in my order so I could have decided if I wanted to wait or contine with order. I did reach out to customer service and they were very prompt with letting me know the issue and one will be sent once the inserts are available...no ETA on when this will happen.
Product should just not have shipped until complete.”
“Love the products!! Before receiving one of my deliveries I received a detailed email from the company explaining a mix up and that as soon as the inserts were done they were shipping them out. I absolutely love and admire companies that recognize an issue and immediately work on fixing and contacting customers explaining what happened. I remember a time when this was a normal practice but unfortunately not any more. Kudos to you guys!! Keep up good work!

“Works well. Keeps drinks cold, but there are interchangeable parts to put in and out and you go to keep up with. Also the ratio you have for drinking from a can there is little lip room. And it does not fit in a cup holder all the way.”
