“Very disappointed because the video showed spill proof lid with it but when o received the 2 cups I ordered they did not have a lid in papackage. I emailed customer service they replied they no longer come with the lid. So very disappointed.”
“I absolutely love all of my frost buddy products! The universal buddy was my first, followed by a to go buddy and an xl buddy... then a second to go buddy. I love and use them all, but my favorite is the to go buddy as I spend a lot of time running errands and going to Dr. appointments and it keeps my hot coffee hot for hours and my cold drinks cold for days!”
“I never received my frost buddy. I was excited to give it as a white elephant gift but it never came. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund they said to just wait another week on top of the 3 I’ve waited… Tracking has showed it stuck in another state for over 2 weeks. I won’t be ordering from here again and will have to keep reaching out for a refund.”

“The product did not live up to the hype. It did not keep items cold for as long as advertised. The lid for pop cans and pop bottles was very hard to get screwed on, and once the lid was on it stretched. Then it was hard to use it on a different sized bottle. The Universal XL did not have a drinking lid either. I found myself going back to my Yeti cooler for my pop cans. I ended up sending back the extra parts I had purchased with the Universal XL's but decided to keep the coolers for a trial. My husband and I tried them for a bit and decided to return them too. In the end we ended up sending everything back for a full refund. We are still waiting for a refund as of this survey being filled out.”
“Love the concept! Bought a few for gifts for Christmas and I was sent the wrong one. Had to improvise because the correct cup wouldn’t arrive in time. Gave away the cup I actually wanted to replace the other cup to ensure the recipient got a gift still. super sad 😔”

“My 10-year-old granddaughter asked for and received a black Stanley cup for Christmas. It's nice. My daughter, on the other hand, got both a Frost Buddy To-Go and a Universal Buddy. After careful examination of all three items, I ordered a To-Go (Nebula--BEAUTIFUL!) and a Universal (Northern Lights--the pics don't do it justice), which I have been using since they arrived. They are just about perfect, but to make sure all my bases are covered, I ordered a Joe Buddy, some accessories and extra parts to keep in my car, and a Buddy Bowl for my dog (because he deserves the best).”
“Our Frost Buddy's are very good, and keep the drinks cold very, very well. However, the website NAMES for the mugs should be changed, i.e. eliminate UNIVERSAL name from products. We ordered UNIVERSAL lid, but guess what, not universal and didn't fit our "TO-GO" mugs!”
