“Wanted to order the XL version since we get the large cans. These were on back order and I signed up to be notified when they were back in stock. Received an alert and placed my order. Received the order pretty quickly and was impressed with the quality.
Turns out there is an extra piece for the top that you need for the larger cans. I notified the company that the cans were too big and that is how I found out. No problem, went back to the website and ordered what I needed. Got the part and used them. They work great! Kept the drinks cold and held on to the can very well.
Since I told the company I would have ordered the add on pieces at the same time as the buddy, I did not get free shipping. Next thing I know, the company refunded the shipping for the second order. (Free shipping over $49 or $50 I think).

“I find it funny that I received an email from the ceo/founder asking if I’m liking my Item. When I haven’t even received it yet. Ordered on 9/22/23 and today is 10/11/23 and still nothing. No update other than the original “label created, waiting on item” on the tracking number.”
“I love my Frost Buddy. I am in the car all day. I love Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. In the summer it the coffee gets warm and sometimes undrinkable by the end of the day. But with the Frost Buddy my coffee stays nice and cold even in the summer. And there is still ice in it at the end of the day!”

“The rubber gasket is not sturdy and does not hold the cup. My cup slid all the way down to the lid resting on the rim of the Frost Buddy and eventually the lid popped off. I own 5 of the universal buddies and was really excited for this one but unfortunately it just doesn’t work.”
