“I love everything I have purchased so far. I have also made 2 purchases of your products from ETCHpressions. My last purchase was made on a Saturday I believe and was done literally 2 minutes before I got the email about the BOTW. Well I wanted to trade one of the TGB's that I had just ordered for one of the BOTW design. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that the design I was asking about wasn't a design you carried....I was totally confused since I had just gotten the email about the design! In any case, the CS person didn't realize that it actually was a design so my order went out as it was and now I have 2 TGB's that are exactly the same and not one Blue Camo and one Gunmetal Glory as I requested. REALLY disappointing but I know I'm only 1 person and 1 order in the grand scheme of things so...”

“I love the look of the White/Gold Frost Buddy. It also keeps drinks cold for a very long time. However, this cup is simply too large to grab out of my car cup holder with one hand - this cup needs a handle.”
“I recently purchased the To-Go-Buddy. It was a beautiful color, but I was very disappointed that it did not come with the lid as shown in the picture online. When I called, I was told they did not have that color lid. Discouraged by that, and having no other choice, besides returning the item, I agreed to a black lid. Still unhappy because I feel like I bought a product that was misrepresented. I bought several beverages from drive-thru , and they did not fit in the To-Go-Buddy. This was my fifth Frost Buddy purchase, but this purchase surprised me in a very unpleasant way.”
“I ordered these shortly before Christmas was told I would get them for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. They came the day after Christmas and my family had already went home. Also one of the three has no lid”
“My first order was great. My second order was a little disappointing, I was sent the wrong product. I spoke with Laween on the phone and she advised me that she would be sending me a replacement and all I needed to do was email a photo of the incorrect product I received. Unfortunately I never heard back and did not receive the replacement of the proper product I had ordered. In turn I ended up spending more money to go buy a replacement gift due to receiving the incorrect product. Now I’m out money on a frost buddy with a big American flag on it that I don’t see myself using and money on having to buy a new gift. Pretty disappointed”
“I still have not received my order as of today. So I can’t tell you how I like the product. Product mailing label was created and was not taken to the delivery center for about a week and a half. But I am still excited to get them even though they are late Christmas presents.”

Buddy that I ordered for my husband at Christmas! I was under the impression that it would hold any size can. I originally ordered the universal. Then I saw where I needed to get an insert, so, I ordered that and it still will not hold the “mini” Pepsi cans. So, I guess, I’m disappointed.

“Well I got the xl so it is fairly large but I know it can hold multiple different sizes it is still really huge. I know it was made to be universal but to put a small coke can in it to drink just seem crazy and to top it off it already feels heavy without even putting a drink inside it to start.”

“Love the product however I did contact customer service because only one of the 3 to go buddies I ordered came with a lid and straw so I had to place an additional order and pay additional shipping. (All three cost the same). Nothing was offered from customer service to assist or ship for free.
The one that did come with a lid didn’t come with a straw, we will opt for a different straw instead of placing a 3rd order. Everything should be included not à la cart.”
“I purchased a mystery box for the boys and asked for no girly items or dog bowl (I do not have a dog) and unfortunately that's exactly what I got. Also 2 items came with small scuffs on the outside. Besides that they r working nicely. Still need to test the suction cup a little more.”
