“I have been buying these cups for a while. Loyal fan here. I will still give 5 stars, but one thing. My FB post got denied because I said my cup didn’t come with a lid and I didn’t realize not all did. It felt rude. I looked back in the site. It’s correct. The one I ordered didn’t. I paid same money as the others that do. I kind of felt a blow there in customer service. 😞”
“Their website is very user friendly and informative of their products. The products are also pretty high quality, only disappointment is that the color on the frost buddies seems to scratch and chip very easily.”

“Sad that customer service incorrectly informed me that the To Go Buddy I planned to order would come with a lid as I called to verify before purchasing the color I chose. I explicitly informed them I wanted to be sure to order a To Go Buddy that came with a lid. After being told the purple gradient would come with a lid, I ordered it the same day. I was extremely disappointed when my to go buddy arrived without the matching lid as I had been assured it would have.”

“I had been seeing ads for this for about a month and kept checking the site, but never pulled the trigger until recently. I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock but I was able to find another print/color that I liked probably just as much. Wow! My ice stayed in my dunkin cup all day at work. I was actually slightly disappointed because I had “less coffee” due to my ice lot being melted! I left the cup in my car overnight and it still had some ice left the next morning. That’s 24 hours! I’m in love. My cups no longer leave a mess on the counter and my drink is ice cold. Love it!”
