“Over the last few months, I have bought 4 varieties of Frost Buddy products. I was amazed after my first purchase, just how long iced drink would stay iced and not watered down. I have not found a to-go cup that won’t fit in my frost buddy. Same with hot drinks staying hot. I then purchased the XL can holder. Bottles and cold can same results!”
“The products are great! Although, I'm not sure why grey was a color of choice with Atlanta Braves (most have been mistaking it for Alabama). However, it took 3 months for me to get my Braves buddy. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that they are custom made or could take that long. Anytime I received an update, it was because I had to email and ask. Just about every "update" I received was the same, what seemed like a copy and paste message about how they were custom made and the engraver was backed up. I was told 2 weeks at one point and it took 3 months. It wasn't until I requested my order to be canceled if it was going to be more than another week that I got an accurate update and tracking on my order.
This seemed me like it was possible that my order had gotten lost, being it took so long. I understand those things happen or even understand that things get behind with such a popular product but better communication would be great. At the end of it all I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience". Not that I expect to have wads of anything thrown at me but some kind of effort to make up for my wasted time and effort in hunting down the product I paid for would have been nice.”
“I wish I could tell you how I feel about the product but I have not received my order although it shipped 2 weeks ago. I sent an email to the 24 x 7 customer service and have had no response. At this point, I just want my money back. This was a gift and I believe I will NEVER receive the product.”

“I have had my two Frost Buddy for 2 years. I use one daily (coffee) and the second weekly (cans/bottles). The coffee lid broke and they removed the S/H when I bought a new one. Just got the shaker lid so I will be using them even more with water and protein shakes. Can't say enough great things about Frost Buddy and their products. I gave two as a gift and they love them also.”
