“I absolutely love Frost Buddy! But my complaint is that for as much as the products cost, they should be shipped in boxes and not bags, because the products and packaging get damaged in bags. Another other issue is that it doesn’t matter if you choose the cheapest shipping option or the most expensive option, shipping time is the same. One last thing, I wish they would stop using USPS to ship because they take way too long and always damage the goods and use FedEx or UPS instead (for the love of everything please don’t start using DHL!!!).”

“The perfect road trip Buddy! Filled it up with water and used the lid, having the straw option made for easy sipping while driving. The water stayed nice and cool, and when I accidentally tipped over my cup, the snug seal around the straw kept it from leaking. When we stopped for coffee, I changed out the lid and my drink was the perfect temperature from the first sip to the last. Easy to refill with water. Kept my car clutter-free the entire trip, no swapping water bottles for coffee cups and no trash. I love this cup!”
