“I love the color of my cup… it’s the one with a stethoscope on it.. however my ice melts within 2 hours and I have a hard time getting the lid to fit properly.”

I plan on retuning my products. I don't like the idea of having to pay for my returns and the tumbler cups are way to heavy, the handle is uncomfortable without the chapstick in place, and it does leak when upside down. The price are way to high.”
“If the Thic 40 could keep ice longer than a few hours i would give it a much higher review. I think it is thinner walled than my RTIC which will hold ice all day. In my new Thic 40 if I fill it completely full with cubed ice at 8 am. The ice is gone by 2:30.pm. I am adding either chilled watered or room temperature tea and it doesn't seem to matter as it melts about as fast with either one. Also, I have my mug indoors at work and it is a steady 68 degrees in here. I haven't had it long enough to travel with it but assume I would have to replenish ice quite often. I have not tried any hot beverages in it.”
“I will not be buying another frost buddy. This last purchase has been nothing but a headache and at the end of the day I can’t even get the color I wanted. Poor communication and advertising”
“I used my new Thic Buddy 40 for the first time yesterday and filed it full of ice in the morning around 8:00 am. I put cooled tea in the cup and the ice was gone by 3:30pm. I work in a grocery store so not in a hot environment. It is thin walled and the insulation is not as good as i had hoped.
I do like the lid on the Frost Buddy. I would like to see this cup be able to keep my drink colder longer.”
“The To-Go Buddy seems to work well as a cuzzi. I gave 2 stars due to Frost Buddy having multiple issues processing my order. Customer service has responded quickly, which is a plus. I'm still waiting for them to resolve the order issues for a an order I placed on March 31st. All I ordered was 2 To-Go buddies and 2 lids.”
“Cold water doesn't stay cold. I think the plastic seal doesn't keep the temp as cold as the competitor. Greatly disappointed & it wasn't cheap to purchase 2.”
“Getting ready to send it back. Lids I ordered don't match and it is too big to hold in one hand. Disappointed because I was looking forward to using it as I am a slow drinker and it would have kept my drinks cols longer.”
“Frost Buddy has a nice product, but I wouldn't buy it again. I bought a product because they have Hendrick Motorsports products. One of the products that I received was not the correct one. It took two tries to send me the full correct order. The customer service was great, but the shipping issue already left a bad taste in my mouth. The other issue I had was whe quality of the graphic and the fact it is not dishwasher safe. I'm just going back to Yeti instead even though they don't have NASCAR branded items anymore.”
“I’ll give it a 2 for how beautiful it is. (Nebula) and for it being versitile. Even though I didn’t buy it for anything other than a tumbler. I’ve only lasted 6 hrs. I was extremely disappointed! Please put a disclaimer on there!! Or maybe I just got a dud? ☹️”
“While the quality might be good… I placed my order on January 2nd recently one of the 2 Thicc Buddies I ordered January 20th. Today is February 24th and I still have not received the second Thicc Buddy I ordered on January 2nd. I had to inquire with you all before it was shipped to me and it was then shipped standard shipping!!! No compensation was offered for forgetting to ship my order! Not good Customer Service
At this point I do not plan to make any additional orders!”
“I like the products there self. My last order was messed up in the move to the new location I was told in an email. So my original products that where available where not available any more except for 1 of them. I was told I could get a refund but I didn’t want the refund because I was already planning on getting them for my wife and kids so I took what I could get. I don’t get how my order of my original products that I paid for were sold to someone else. This has been my only problems with the process of ordering with frost buddy.”
“It's great that it fits a large amount of items. But it definitely does not keep it as cold as suggested. A coozie does the same just over a period of an hour. Was definitely hoping for more.”
“No compass or whistle with sport buddy as shown in pictures of product. Straw is cheap plastic and not friendly (large opening to draw liquid from) Website says made in USA. Box says it was made in China. Disappointed.”
