“I love this coozie. It keeps my beer cold for long periods at a time. The only issue is I swear I picked the American flag coozie and the picture showed that I did but the description was for the sage green color and I did not catch that. So I don’t like the color but the coozie does as advertised and I do love using it. If there is a way to change the cart to show the actual color that would as chosen then would be very helpful so you know you are getting the color you chose.”
“Product is awesome and use it all the time. Would be 5 stars but the shipping is awful. First time I ordered, I ordered 2 frostbuddies. One arrived on time, on arrived a week late. Then recently I had to order a replacement lid and needed it fast so I paid for the 2 day shipping ($17 to ship a $5 piece). It came 6 days later and late for my golf trip.”
“I now own 3 universal frost buddy koozies in various designs. Overall a nice multi-use koozie.
Pros:keeps the can/bottle very cold for hours. Fits a variety of cans and bottles including slim cans. Fits all varieties of 12oz coke can products and most domestic beer cans & bottles.
Cons:Does not fit 12oz coors light cans no matter how you try or 12 oz yuengling flight bottles. The coors can is a little too tall and the flight bottle is a little wider at the top than other domestics.”
“I have mixed feelings about your company. Your online site and your app offer different products. The color I was wanting is the only one I couldn’t personalize. Then when I did get the product, it was the wrong color. The retuning and exchange of the wrong product was easy except for the part of printing the return label. I had to go to our library to print it because no one seems to have printers anymore.
I gave you a 4 star rating because I really do like your product, but the process of really getting what you want, needs some improvements. Especially on the personalization of your products. I’ve given several Yetis as gifts and they’re all personalized. I really wanted to get one of the dog ones on your app, but they only come in black. You do realize that black works against trying to keep something cold?

“The only complaint I have is the shipping wasn’t communicated very clearly and I ordered a “custom” item so it didn’t arrive by the intended time but I was contacted via email and was informed what was going on.”
“The product it's self is pretty solid but I think it's crazy that it took almost a month to get it. I was told it's because they don't just have product on hand and they have to engrave them when the order is processed but it looks like they just put the New England Patriots stickers on it. “The universal Frost Buddy does its job. I love that it fits multiple sizes in it. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because the paint swirl color looks nothing like the picture. It looks like very cheap sublimation that looks faded. It is not near as vibrant in person as the pictures online show. Also customer service takes a long time to get back to you. Originally I was gonna exchange mine and get a different one, but they took so long to get back to me. I just finally said screw it and used it anyway.”
